| With the rapid development of Chinese market economy and the constant adjustment of economic structure,the development mode of tourism is changing from "sightseeing" to "experiential",from "ticket economy" to "industrial economy",from "scenic spot tourism" to holistic tourism,and the tourism mode is constantly falling and changing.In 2016,the Ministry of Culture and Tourism officially put forward the development strategy of holistic tourism,which is also a gradual transition from a scenic area oriented development mode to a region-oriented development mode.holistic tourism has become the most popular word in the industry.Many regions in China have started the overall planning of holistic tourism in order to promote the further development of local tourism.In recent years,Hainan has closely followed the policy of free trade port,accelerated the construction of an international tourism and consumption center,taken high-end tourism as the guide and all-region tourism and mass tourism as the cornerstone,thoroughly implemented the major decision and plan of implementing the rural revitalization strategy put forward at the 19 th National Congress,and vigorously promoted the modern service industry led by tourism.It has developed and built a large number of key tourism cultural and sports projects,such as Mission Hills,International Duty-Free City,Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone,Atlantis,and actively built scenic spots,resorts,tourist towns,coconut rural tourism spots and other core tourism attractions,making certain achievements in the development of the whole region tourism.However,there are still some problems that need to be solved,such as the lack of a strong starting point to promote the establishment of region-wide tourism demonstration zones,the lack of in-depth integration of tourism industry and the shortage of tourism professionals.Based on this,the paper puts forward the path to establish the all-region tourism demonstration zone,which has important theoretical and practical research significance for promoting the development of all-region tourism in Hainan.By combing the literature,referring to the basic theories of relevant disciplines and centering on the theories of global tourism and regional sustainable development,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the establishment model of global tourism demonstration zones from a multi-dimensional perspective,and empirically analyzes the influence degree of different influencing factors on different types of models.At the same time,scientific selection of the model of the creation of the all-in-one tourism demonstration zone is in line with the actual situation of the establishment unit,and it is expected to innovate and explore the unique creation mode of Hainan all-in-one tourism demonstration zone,and then put forward the specific development path of different types of creation units,so as to promote the creation of Hainan all-in-one tourism demonstration province.The characteristics and characteristics of the project are reflected in: theoretically,the selected case is China’s first "national integration" to create "national integration" of inter provincial administrative divisions,which has both typical and typical significance,providing reference for other provinces to create "national integration" and "national integration".It also has certain guiding significance for realizing the sustainable development of the whole region tourism.At the same time,through the analysis of the model of establishing Hainan all-region tourism demonstration zones,the selection of the model suitable for Hainan cities and counties is expected to have certain beneficial reference value for other similar regions. |
