Research On Rural Tourism Development In D Town From The Perspective Of Residents’ Perception

In recent years,the popularity of rural tourism in China has been increasing year by year,and the scale of rural tourism has also expanded.It has made tremendous contributions to promoting the economic development,cultural prosperity,and improvement of living environment in tourist destinations.However,behind the rapid development of rural tourism,a series of problems have also arisen.In some places,there are numerous contradictions between farmers and tourism enterprises,which to some extent affect the sustainable development of rural tourism.A large number of scholars have begun to pay attention to this issue,and relevant personnel from the government and tourism investment companies are also seeking the most suitable solutions to achieve sustainable development of rural tourism.As residents who are closely related to rural tourism destinations and also the main body of rural tourism development,their perception and attitude are of great significance for the development of rural tourism.Therefore,from the perspective of residents’ perception,seeking solutions for the problems in rural tourism development has certain practical significance.To analyze the development of rural tourism from the perspective of residents’ perception,this article takes residents of D town as the main research object.Based on the search of relevant papers,through on-site research,questionnaire distribution,and personal interviews,we have gained a certain understanding of the basic situation of residents in D town and their attitudes towards the development of rural tourism.Through surveys on economic,social-cultural,and environmental aspects,it was found that the main problems in the development of rural tourism in D town are: the villagers’ rural tourism profits are not ideal,the production and living customs of residents are affected,and the living environment of residents is damaged.After analyzing relevant materials and data,the author found that the main reasons for the problems are: weak profitability of residents,the impact of urbanization,and weak public awareness of environmental protection.In response to the above issues,the author proposes the following countermeasures: firstly,improve the sustainability of township economic development;Secondly,maintaining cultural sustainability;Thirdly,strengthen the sustainability of the tourism environment.I hope to provide a new path for the sustainable development of rural tourism in D town.
