Research On Countermeasures For Optimizing Business Environment In Liaoning Province

Business environment is productivity,which is related to development,to overall situation and long-term.At present,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,which means where the business environment is good,and where the competitiveness is strong.Optimizing business environment is the embodiment of liberating productivity and promoting competitiveness.In recent years,the business environment of Liaoning Province has achieved some results through active reform.However,compared with the domestic and foreign first-class maritime affairs,there are certain deficiencies.Some pain points and difficulties that have long plagued the market main body are still prominent,further deepening the construction of business environment is important.Based on the empirical research,this paper discusses the business environment of Liaoning Province in five parts from the perspective of new public governance.The first is the introduction,which summarizes the basis of the topic selection,and determines the research content and methods through the review of domestic and foreign research status;the second is to elaborate the concepts of business environment,business environment construction,and private enterprises;the third is to summarize the practices and effects of optimizing business environment in Liaoning Province,mainly including the lack of fair competition environment for private enterprises,and some local governments for enterprises There are some problems in the provision of services,the imperfect legal environment,the shortage of human resources and the formation of a good social atmosphere;the fourth is to summarize and analyze the problems in the construction of business environment in Liaoning Province;the fifth is to analyze the advanced experience at home and abroad;the sixth is to analyze the problems in the construction of business environment in Liaoning Province and other places.Based on the advanced experience and practice of the district,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the business environment of Liaoning Province,and proposes to actively create a faircompetition environment for private enterprises;further improving the service level and building a service-oriented government;continue to build a rule of law government and create a rule of law business environment;adhere to the "talent rejuvenation" and implement the talent development strategy;and actively operate in order to break the "investment is no more than Shanhai Pass",and make good atmosphere and other suggestions.
