Under the impact of the epidemic,financial markets with high risks were hit harder.In this unoptimistic industry situation,employees in the financial ind ustry should be paid more attention to their work stress and psychological stat us.As an important part of the financial industry,commercial banks have a lar ge number of employees.Taking bank employees in Zhejiang,Shanghai,Tianjin and Beijing as rese arch objects.This study uses a questionnaire survey.The scales used in this study were Sanjay Singh(2017),Leader-Member Exchange Scale(Wang Hui,2004)and ZhongYong Scale(Wu& Lin,2005).The relationship between leadership-member exchange,mean thinking,and work ha ppiness is discussed.The Leader-Member Exchange Scale includes four dimensi ons: affection,loyalty,contribution and professional respect;job happiness inclu des four dimensions: immersion experience,job exclusion,supportive organizati onal experience and unsupportive organizational experience;and ZhongYong inc ludes three dimensions: multi-thinking,integration and harmony.The results of this study are designed to help companies,especially corporate leaders,fully u nderstand the importance of formal and informal relationships between leaders and employees,and time combine corporate culture with traditional Chinese cul ture and set practical measures to promote the management and operation of b anks Improve employees' work happiness.A total of 723 questionnaires were distributed in formal tests and 616 vali d questionnaires were recovered,with an effective rate of 85.2%.SPSS 24.0 w as used to test the reliability,demographic analysis,regression and intermediary effect of the data The validity of the data is tested as follows:(1)Employees of foreign-funded banks are significantly lower than employ ees of state-owned banks and joint-stock banks in terms of loyalty,contribution,and professional respect in the leadership-member exchange.(2)Male employees are higher than female employees in the multi-dimen sional thinking dimension of ZhongYong,and lower than female employees in the harmony dimension;male employees are lower than female employees in the immersive experience of work happiness and unsupportive organizational ex perience.(3)Three dimensions of leadership-member exchange(ie emotion,contribut ion,and professional respect)and ZhongYong can significantly predict employe es' job happiness;the predictive effect of the affective dimension is greater tha n the professional respect dimension than the mean thinking greater than contri bution dimension.(4)ZhongYong plays a part of the mediating role between the contribution dimension and work happiness.(5)ZhongYong plays a part of the mediating role between professional res pect and work happiness.
