At this stage,China is developing in the context of the 13 th Five-Year Plan,focusing on innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sharing of the five development ideas.In this context,China's personnel outsourcing industry has been in a relatively unstable state.Outsourcing employees' frequent employment and resignation in major enterprises not only affect the normal development of enterprises,but also affect the change of China's talent market.The speed of personnel turnover directly or indirectly affects the product quality and production efficiency of the electronic industry.A single view of frequent personnel turnover from the perspective of enterprises will affect the change of the actual production of good product data.Especially in the electronic production industry are in the time period of new product competition,such a situation will have a significant impact on enterprises.XP electronics company,as a domestic electronics manufacturing enterprise,is also outstanding in personnel turnover.Therefore,how to reduce the turnover rate of outsourcing personnel to ensure the production efficiency and quality of products is an urgent problem for XP electronics company.Firstly,by defining and subdividing the research object and research content,a detailed analysis and observation of the existing research content in China at the present stage builds a research framework that is more in line with the actual situation of XP Electronics: describe the status of domestic and foreign research and The related theories of employee turnover are discussed at this stage.It also discusses employee outsourcing and employee turnover through the current theory of human outsourcing and the actual status of human outsourcing.In the detailed discussion process,the theories of employee turnover and employee turnover rate were explained.Bring these theories into the analysis and discussion of the current situation of XP Outsourcing's employee turnover,and provide a strong theoretical basis and support for XP Electronics' employee turnover.At the same time,in the actual XP outsourcing staff churn analysis discussion,three questionnaire surveys were taken for questionnaire analysis.In the questionnaire survey,an effective SPSS validity analysis was performed on the questionnaire survey data.In the process of validity analysis,the reasons for the loss of XP employees were directly analyzed: The main reasons that affected the loss of XP electronics companies' outsourced employees were that they were affected byseasonal changes in industry production,and the salary from the subjective aspects of employees.The problem of staff turnover is most obvious when considering personal and future development.Based on this,this research proposes a series of countermeasures and suggestions based on the talent market environment and the corporate environment of XP Electronics,in order to reduce the turnover rate of outsourced employees of XP Electronics,and at the same time give similar electronics production companies.Provide case studies.
