With the continuous development of market economy,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.As one of the core competitiveness of enterprises,"human resources" is more and more valued and recognized by enterprise leaders and management.As an important part of human resources management,training is not only an indispensable means to attract,cultivate and retain talents,but also a powerful measure to promote the sustainable development of enterprises.A scientific and effective staff training system can greatly enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.BF Film and Television Group,which was a state-owned enterprise,is still influenced by traditional personnel management mode.Due to the lack of scientific and systematic management system and deteriorating formalism,training work can't play its due role with a clear aim.This paper takes the training system of staff of BF Film and Television Group as the research object.At the beginning of the paper,the author goes through the relevant documents of training and training system,and elaborates on the theoretical basis,and then investigates the current training situation of staff of the Group by means of questionnaire and interview.This paper analyses and summarizes the problems and shortcomings existing in the Group's training from four aspects: training concept,management process,curriculum setup & teaching methods and training faculty arrangement.In light of the characteristics of the film and television industry and the development strategy of BF Film and TV Group,an effective staff training system is constructed for the Group,which involves five modules: training needs survey,training content and curriculum setup,training faculty arrangement,training plan and implementation,and training effect evaluation.Finally,a series of suggestions are put forward to ensure the smooth implementation of the training system: changing the concept of enterprise training,refining and perfecting the training management system,conducting training funds investment and budgetary management,establishing training incentive mechanism and combining training with personal development of the staff.This paper also proposes the construction of training system for the staff of BF Film and Television Group in order to improve the human resources management of the Group.The training system should play an active role in promoting the skill level of the staff and cultivating talents in film industry so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the Group and boost the development of the Group and Tianjin film industry.Meanwhile,the research results of this paper can also provide reference for other film and television enterprises to construct the staff training system.
