The Application Of PPP Model In The Square In Front Of S High-speed Railway Station And Its Supporting Engineering

In recent years,with the continuous acceleration of China's economy and urbanization process,the demand of urban residents for infrastructure is increasing day by day.In order to speed up and improve the infrastructure construction of high-speed railway station in s city and further meet the needs of urban expansion in S,it is urgent to build new high-speed railway station square,supporting facilities and other facilities in s city.Public private partnership(PPP)has become an important financing model and method in infrastructure construction in China.The wide application of PPP model not only effectively solves the problems of the government's lack of funds and professional and management capacity in infrastructure construction for a long time.Compared with other financing models,this model has a wider scope of application and more obvious advantages.Therefore,through the application of PPP mode,government departments and private enterprises will give full play to their own experience and advantages in project construction,and provide high-quality infrastructure construction and services for the public.This paper first introduces the basic concept and characteristics of PPP mode,combined with the operation mode and process of PPP mode,through the analysis of the relevant theoretical basis of PPP mode,exploring the theoretical basis of PPP mode.Secondly,this paper uses case analysis method to compare and analyze some classic cases of PPP projects at home and abroad in project financing structure and project operation management,summarizes the key factors of successful application of PPP model,and paves the way for the later practical project PPP model research.Then combined with the theory and practical experience,the PPP mode of s city high-speed railway station square and its supporting projects is designed,which mainly includes:the selection of overall operation mode and operation process design,from project initiation,establishment of project company to construction,operation transfer and other aspects to make specific solutions.Finally,from the organizational structure,risk allocation mechanism,power and responsibility sharing mechanism,investment funds and other aspects,the paper puts forward measures to ensure the smooth implementation of PPP mode.Through the above research,this paper provides a scientific PPP mode application scheme for the S high-speed railway station square and its supporting projects,and will play a positive role in promoting the implementation and application of PPP mode in China's infrastructure.
