Impact Of Government Subsidies On Agricultural Machinery Enterprise Performance

In recent years,it has become a common phenomenon for China’s agricultural machinery industry to get government subsidies,and the scale of agricultural machinery enterprises to get government subsidies has gradually increased.So what effect do these government subsidies have on the performance of agricultural machinery enterprises? Based on this phenomenon as a starting point,this paper analysis under the background of the transformation and upgrading of agricultural machinery industry market,the impact of the enterprise to obtain the government subsidies on business performance,this article in detail from two aspects of the specific impact and comprehensive analysis,through the study of this article in order to provide Suggestions for subsidy policy,also provide advice to the development of agricultural machinery enterprises.This paper first introduces the development situation of the case company and the market situation of agricultural machinery industry,and then analyzes the scale,project and reason of the government subsidy.The research on the specific impact of government subsidies on enterprise performance is analyzed in this paper from four aspects: profitability,business capacity,debt paying ability and development ability.A study on the effect of government subsidies on the comprehensive performance of enterprises this paper adopts the coefficient of variation method to establish a comprehensive evaluation system for quantitative analysis.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn: the government subsidies obtained by agricultural machinery enterprises are mainly related to supporting the weak and encouraging innovation;The government subsidy of agricultural machinery enterprises can promote the profitability of enterprises and also improve the debt paying ability of enterprises.The government subsidy has little effect on the operation ability and development ability of enterprises.The comprehensive impact of government subsidies on the performance of agricultural machinery enterprises shows that government subsidies have a positive effect on the overall performance of agricultural machinery enterprises,and there is a lag period in the promotion of the company’s one-tow shares in the case studied in this paper.The acquisition of government subsidy can promote the debt financing of agricultural machinery enterprises and reduce the debt financing cost of enterprises.Government subsidies can promote enterprise r&d input and R&D output.Based on the above research,this paper proposes Suggestions: under the influence of government subsidies,agricultural machinery enterprises themselves should also pay attention to improving innovation output and enhancing profitability;Agricultural machinery enterprises should make rational use of debt financing;The key factor to improve the enterprise performance is to improve the enterprise operation ability of agricultural machinery enterprises.The effect on the performance of agricultural machinery enterprises should be evaluated comprehensively.The government subsidy should encourage innovation and support the weak at the same time.Government subsidies should be diversified to support enterprises.Government subsidy policy should increase the intensity of "beforehand" subsidy.
