Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Financial Support For Rural E-commerce In Yantai

In recent years,with the promotion and support of relevant national policies,rural e-commerce(referred to as "rural e-commerce")has made rapid development in China.As an indispensable part of e-commerce ecosystem,its position and strategic significance are increasingly prominent.Especially after the traditional large-scale enterprises march into agriculture and the major Internet enterprises increase the strategic layout of rural e-commerce,the rural e-commerce system continues to carry out internal improvement and external expansion.This makes the form,content and operation mechanism of rural e-commerce constantly perfect,but the new external environment changes and the explosive growth of various Internet formats also make the challenges facing it increasingly severe,especially the demand for financial support is more urgent.In this paper,Yantai City under the environment of rural e-commerce development as the research object,focusing on how to combine the macro development of rural e-commerce ecosystem with the micro financial support policy.This paper analyzes the relationship between the development of rural e-commerce and financial support,and the mechanism of financial policy system supporting rural e-commerce.This paper investigates the rural e-commerce and financial support system in Yantai area,and gives three examples of financial demand dilemmas of different types of rural e-commerce,such as Se rich agriculture sun Fuhong.Through literature,data analysis and face-to-face interviews,it is known that there are many problems in rural e-commerce in Yantai area,such as restricted by traditional transaction mode,imperfect logistics system and lack of professional and specialized talents Problem.Sufficient and perfect financial support is an important way to solve the above problems.Further research found that the current financial support policy of Yantai city also has many shortcomings,it is difficult to effectively connect the financial needs of rural e-commerce development.Specifically,it includes: insufficient financial subsidies,difficulties of traditional credit model,lagging innovation of financing products,insufficient mobilization of social capital,lack of supporting measures and other issues.Yantai city should further improve the financialsupport system for the development of rural e-commerce,change the tax reduction policy into direct financial subsidies;encourage financial institutions to develop special credit products,broaden financial supply channels;use big data to strengthen the construction of financial credit system,improve the construction of payment and settlement system,etc.
