| Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party,the government has consistently attached importance to the settlement of the "three agricultural issues" and has achieved great success in rural development.Being the core factor of the three-agriculture issues,farmers and their income improvement have been emphasized so as to improve their living capability.To solve the income problem,it is necessary to firstly increase employment rate,in other words,to promote the process of rural surplus labor transfer.It is known that female labor has taken up half of the total labors and has been increasingly important to social stability and economic growth.In Compared with the male labor force,the rural female labor force Yantai City,Shandong Province,is affected by various aspects such as the overall employment environment,technology capabilities,and women's physiological quality.Even though the government has launched various countermeasures,it is still the case that female labors encounter more obstacles during the process of labor force transfer,which has thus been delayed.This paper intends to explore the current situation and characteristics of rural female labor force transfer in Yantai City,Shandong Province.From the perspective of women in the process of labor transfer,this paper will take rural women labor force as the research object,and specifically analyze the status of rural women labor force transfer in Yantai City.Through questionnaire surveys and one-on-one interviews with female labors in a natural village,combined with case study methods,literature research methods and questionnaire studies,different aspects of rural women labor force in this region will be analyzed-the general situation,transfer situation,transfer willingness,etc.Existing issues will be fully explored,and after studying similar domestic and overseas cases,feasible suggestions and corresponding effective strategies will be formulated. |
