diffused.It has great and far-reaching significance for improving the quality of economic growth.The purpose of this thesis is to further understand the impact of manufacturing technological innovation on the quality of economic growth.This paper uses statistical analysis and principal component analysis to fully grasp the status quo of manufacturing technological innovation and economic growth quality development.Based on this,the use of systematic GMM The model is subjected to comprehensive quantitative analysis.Finally,relevant policy recommendations are proposed to promote the technological innovation and development of China's manufacturing industry and improve the quality of economic growth based on empirical research results and research conclusions.First,the paper summarizes the relevant theories and existing literature of manufacturing technology innovation and the quality of economic growth,and finds that the existing literature pays attention to the issue of the quality of economic growth,and the direct impact of manufacturing technology innovation on the quality of regional economic growth.The research is relatively small;most of the literature is mainly based on the national macro-level analysis,but due to the regional differences in resource endowment,the existing research conclusions have a weak role in explaining manufacturing technology innovation and economic growth quality.The thesis takes the "new development concept" proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping as the theoretical guide,and discusses the impact of manufacturing technology innovation on the quality of economic growth from both direct and indirect perspectives.The research found that manufacturing technological innovation can not only directly improve the quality of economic growth by increasing product added value,directly promoting international trade,increasing profits and taxes,etc.,at the same time,manufacturing technological innovation can also improve economic growth efficiency,promote economic structure optimization,reduce resource consumption and Environmental pollution,the improvement of people's happiness,and the stability of economic growth have indirectly affected the quality of economic growth.Secondly,through a descriptive statistical analysis of the current state of technological innovation development in China's manufacturing industry,it is found that China's manufacturing industry as a whole has a complete production category,while steadily advancing in continuous reform and development;due to insufficient innovation investment in manufacturing,insufficient innovation talents,and core Lack of technology,China's manufacturing technology innovation capacity is not strong.Construct a comprehensive evaluation index system for the quality of economic growth from the five development dimensions of economic growth efficiency,economic structure optimization,green development,people's happy life,and economic growth stability,and use the principal component analysis method to measure the comprehensive dimension and five sub-dimensional indexes It was found that from 2005 to 2107,the comprehensive development of the quality of economic growth and the development of each sub-dimension in China's provinces have significantly improved.Finally,the panel model is used to make an empirical analysis of the impact of manufacturing technology innovation on the quality of regional economic growth in China's 30 provinces except Tibet from 2005 to 2017.Use the patent application stocks of manufacturing companies in each province to measure the technological innovation level of manufacturing in each province as the core explanatory variable of the model.The empirical analysis results show that from a comprehensive perspective,China's manufacturing technology innovation can effectively promote the improvement of the quality level of regional economic growth,so manufacturing technology innovation is an important influencing factor for the quality improvement of economic growth.In the future,government decision makers should still focus on bringing into play the leading role of manufacturing technology innovation in the quality of China's economic growth,seize the opportunity period of the scientific and technological revolution,technological revolution and industrial revolution in the new era,and strive to create an external environment conducive to technological innovation and construction innovation Countries,driving sustained high-quality economic growth.At the regional level,the level of manufacturing technological innovation has heterogeneity in the quality of economic growth in different regions.The specific manifestation is that the improvement of the level of technological innovation in manufacturing can improve the quality of economic growth in the eastern,central,and western regions,but with different degrees of impact.In general,the positive effect of manufacturing technology innovation on the quality of economic growth in the eastern,central and western regions is decreasing.This is because the eastern region has taken advantage of the innovative
