Research On The Influence Of Bank Credit Resources On The Industrial Structure Of Inner Mongolia

At present,China's economy is faced with the dual tasks of financial reform and industrial structure transformation and upgrading.In order to comply with the requirements of the times,optimize the supply scale and turnover efficiency of credit resources,and make up the financial structural gap,it is necessary to match the supply of credit resources with the actual demand,so that the bank's credit resources can better affect the industrial structure,and make the scale,efficiency and allocation direction of credit funds And credit structure and industrial structure.Under the background of mass innovation,science and technology provide core support for emerging industries,reasonable scale of capital injection can lay a good foundation for the continuous research and development of technology,enterprises get credit resources suitable for their own development scale and term to operate and develop sustainably,and then make the industrial structure conform to the current economic structure.China's financial system is dominated by the banking industry.For Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,more than 90% of the overall credit resources come from banking institutions.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the impact of credit resources from the banking system on the industrial structure and the impact mechanism between the two,which can find a more reasonable and efficient impact path for the future use of bank credit resources on the industrial structure Provide theoretical basis and policy suggestions.Based on the theory of credit resource allocation,the theory of bank credit development,the theory of regional finance,the theory of industrial structure,the theory of industrial structure evolution and the theory of industrial structure optimization,this paper first analyzes the situation of bank credit,the current situation and adjustment of industrial structure in Inner Mongolia from 2006 to 2018,as well as the impact mechanism of bank credit on industrial structure.It is found that with the development of bank credit,the theory of regional finance,the theory of industrial structure,the theory of industrial structure evolution and the theory of industrial structure optimization are With the expansion of credit scale and the improvement of credit efficiency,the industrial structure of Inner Mongolia has gradually changed from the second industry dominant to the third industry dominant,and the output value of the third industry has been significantly improved.Secondly,in order to further explore the effect of credit resources on the industrial structure and its influence mechanism,this paper collects the data of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,establishes VAR model for empirical analysis,tests the long-term and short-term impact process of credit resources on the industrial structure,mainly tests the impact of credit scale and credit efficiency on the industrial structure of Inner Mongolia,and then uses impulse impact analysis and variance score And Granger causality test to further study the long-term and short-term relationship between them and the change of the influence intensity of each factor on the industrial structure.In this paper,we find that the credit scale and credit efficiency of the banking industry promote the upgrading of the industrial structure,but restrain the rationalization of the industrial structure.In the impulse impact chart,we can see that the impact of the scale of credit resources on the industrial structure is a long-term process.Granger causality test shows that there is an interaction between the credit resources of the banking industry and the industrial structure.Finally,on the basis of summing up the existing problems,this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions on how to reasonably and efficiently influence the industrial structure of bank credit in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
