Small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in the economic and social development of a country,especially in countries like China where the economy is developing at a high speed.Small and medium-sized enterprises are important growth points of economic development and the main body of China's economy.Small and medium-sized enterprises play an irreplaceable role in promoting economic growth,scientific and technological innovation,improving people's livelihood and social stability.Country provides strong support for small and medium-sized enterprise financing,especially in terms of financing support,the people's bank of China,the China banking regulatory commission and other relevant departments,a series of policies to encourage commercial Banks to small and medium-sized enterprises with good credit services,one of the most prominent is the China banking regulatory commission announced on February 23,2010,requiring Banks to small business lending do two "no less than"---growth is no less than full loan growth,increment of no less than that of last year.Policy direction is good,but due to the small and medium-sized enterprises due to information asymmetry,financial accounts is not normative,for commercial Banks,not only takes up the loan amount,risk and is not easy to handle,less returns(on the same resources to do big business project,for a bank earnings higher)and commercial Banks by the illegal way,such as surface finished branch of not less than two indicators.However,the problem of credit difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises has not been effectively solved.Based on the analysis of the credit products and use of small and medium-sized enterprises by commercial Banks,the author studies from multiple dimensions(including guarantee mode,credit granting mode,approved cases,failed cases and risk cases,etc.).The credit risk factors of smes are analyzed,and the credit risk model(pre-loan risk model)of smes is established,including rating model and quota model.Insert specific cases to apply the model.In practical operation,commercial Banks use this model to judge whether the small and medium-sized enterprises can grant credit and how much the credit line is,so as to effectively improve the commercial Banks' ability to prevent risks to small and medium-sized enterprises,and provide some ideas to solve the problem of small and medium-sized enterprises credit.It can also provide reference for smes to apply for financing from commercial Banks.Analyzing the influencing factors of small and medium-sized enterprises credit makes people more objective to understand small and medium-sized enterprises and perfect the credit policy of small and medium-sized enterprises.Finally,according to the empirical research results,the author puts forward some suggestions from the perspective of commercial bank business credit.
