| For a long time,Chinese enterprises have been at the low end of the international industrial value chain,which limits their development and leads to high resource consumption but low income.Therefore,if China’s economy wants to change from high-speed growth to high-quality growth,Chinese enterprises need to break the "low-end lock" and climb to the middle and high end of the international industrial value chain.However,how can an enterprise enhance the international industrial value chain? What is the influence path of the promotion of the international industrial value chain on the strategic performance of an enterprise? There is no systematic conclusion in theory.By using the case study method and taking yili group as the research object,this paper studies how to realize the promotion of international industrial value chain and the influence of the promotion of international industrial value chain on the strategic performance of enterprises.The research results show that the promotion path of international industrial value chain mainly includes: first,the promotion of international industrial value chain by technological innovation.Build a new value chain system of "self-centered",climb from the low level of the industrial value chain to the middle level,strengthen innovation,form their own advanced competitive advantage,have core technology,so as to improve the performance of enterprise learning and growth.Second,cross-border mergers and acquisitions to enhance the international industrial value chain.Strengthening cross-border mergers and acquisitions of enterprises,rational allocation of resources,acquisition and integration of enterprises of the same type,effective control of the industrial value chain,mainly improve the performance at the financial level.Third,to improve the level of service to enhance the international industrial value chain.Improve the service level of the enterprise,accelerate the industrial upgrading,extend the industrial value chain to both ends,so as to have more customers,and optimize the internal process of the enterprise.On this basis,it finally constructs the theoretical framework of the influence of the promotion of international industrial value chain on the strategic performance of enterprises.The research conclusion can provide reference for other similar enterprises and even the whole manufacturing industry to climb the value chain. |
