Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the reform of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises is deepened and strengthened continuously as an important part of the comprehensive deepening of reform.Under the dual pressure from inside and outside on survival and development,state-owned enterprises can no longer stick to the old path of largescale and extensive development.Instead,they have to move forward to an intension-type development what is high quality,high level and world-wide.As a result,a series of organization changes have been set to support the strategic development of the organization.The research tries to discuss and verify the big social background when putting the organization change theory and models into the reform of state-owned enterprises.Take the case of organization “S” for example,the research discusses how to promote the implement of change by studying change attitude and its effect from the vision of organizational support.The theory and practice of organization change have been intertwined and enriched step by step in the process of organizational development.Many relatively mature theories and research models have been formed under the research of scholars at home and abroad.This research mainly uses the method of combining theoretical research with empirical research.Based on interviews and questionnaires with the help of mature scales,it collects first-hand data on employees' attitude to change in the process of change in organization “S”.It also uses SPSS to carry out descriptive analysis and correlation analysis of various research variables on attitude to change,and further tests the moderating effect of organizational support between research variables by means of regression analysis.The research shows that the correlative hypothesis between change attitude(cognition,emotion,behavior intention)and two variables(turnover intention,work engagement)has been basically verified.It also shows negative correlation between change awareness,change emotion,behavior stance of change and resignation tendency and shows positive correlation with work engagement.The correlative relationships between cognition of change and turnover tendency,cognition of change and work engagement are a little bit weaker.The research further shows that the organizational support exists moderating effect between change attitude(cognition,emotion,behavior intention)and work engagement in this case after introducing it as regulated variability.The moderating effect of organizational support between change attitude and turnover tendency has not been verified completely because of the variable of change cognition and change emotion.The impact factors and function-mechanism should be further researched.The member's attitude towards the change has an important influence in the change of organization.During the change,the member's attitude and behavior towards the change should be seriously concerned,thus the organization is able to make a good response to the change and promote the implementation of organizational change.The research proposes suggestions from the angle of improving the positive change attitude of members and playing the support effect for organization from the data analysis,in order to supplement case-data for empirical research and useful reference for theoretical research.
