China’s economy has entered a new normal of comprehensively deepening the reform of the new normal since the 18 th CPC National Congress opened. As the basic unit of economic activity, Chinese enterprises were also developing in the continuous exploration. Especially in recent years, the development has become more and more scientific and standardized. Nevertheless, the inevitable contradiction between the scarcity of resources and the multiplicity of interests led the employees to fight for the resources in both open and secret means. As a result, organizational politics generally existed in all kinds of organizations. However, due to the concealment of organizational political, it is difficult to measure and research. With the deepening of the research on the phenomenon of organizational politics, scholars have gradually shifted to the study of the perception of organizational politics from another aspect to the research of organizational politics. As the employees’ perception and evaluation of organizational politics, perceptions of organizational politics has been shown to have an important impact on the employee’s work attitude, which prominently reflected in the influence on staff’s work engagement and turnover intention. For enterprises, it was a major issue facing the sustainable development of enterprises to improve the employees’ work engagement and reduce their turnover intention. Therefore, based on the Chinese enterprises, we researched on the relationship among perceptions of organizational politics, work engagement and turnover intention in order to explore the influence mechanism of employees’ organizational politics perception on the employees’ job involvement and turnover intention. This research used the questionnaire survey method, taking the employees in Southern China area as the research object. Conclusions are drawn as follows:(1) Organizational political perception has negative impact on job involvement and positive impact on job insecurity and turnover intention;(2) Job insecurity has negative impact on job involvement and positive impact on employee turnover intention;(3) Job insecurity plays a partial mediating role between the employees’ perceptions of organizational politics and job involvement. Job insecurity plays a partial mediating role between organizational political perception and turnover intention;(4) Organizational commitment plays a moderating role between job insecurity and turnover intention.The research put forward a model based on the relationship among the employees’ perceptions of organizational politics, job insecurity, job involvement, turnover intention and organizational commitment. The study aimed at revealing the mechanism on perception of organizational politics to work engagement and turnover intention, enriching the localized and Cross-cultural research results of political consciousness of the organization and providing some reference value for the management of Chinese enterprises...
