With the economic globalization, the flexible social system in modern society, the serious competition and the rapidly developing technology, the employees have suffered from huge job stress. Excessive work pressure will make staff have a series of abnormal reaction in psychology, physiology. So the study will help enterprise to effectively deal with and reduce stress, it also can promote enterprise sustainable, stable development.More previous empirical researches, which is related to work stress and quit ten-dency, show that it is the job satisfaction work as the Mediating variables. With the in-depth study of the perceived organizational support researches, perceived organiza-tional support becomes a focus. The relationship between work pressure and perceived organizational support is still not settled, either the relationship of perceived organiza-tional support and turnover tendency not clear. One the basis of the previous studies, this thesis concentrates on discussions on the relationships among perceived organizational support, work stress and quit tendency by surveying occupation staff by means of integration of theoretical analysis and em-pirical research. The thesis mainly discusses three aspects as follows:(1)Based on pre-vious studies and interviews&pre-survey, it will analyze the dimensional construction of the occupation staff’s work stress, perceived organizational support and quit tendency, and put forward concept model from theoretical perspective;(2) We have selected200occupation staff as the survey objects and carried out random sample survey;(3) Taking advantage of the SPSS17.0analysis technology, this paper explores the value of the demonstration data in supporting our hypotheses.Main conclusions of this thesis are as follows:(1) Occupation staff’s work stress includes three dimensions—inner stress, outer stress and mutual stress; and perceived organizational support includes two dimensions—spirit support and system support.(2)Occupation staff’s work stress seems positively correlated with quit tendency. Quit tendency negatively correlated with inner stress, while positively correlated with outer stress and mutual stress.(3) Occupation staff’s quit tendency is negatively related to perceived organiza-tional support, includes spirit support and system support.(4) Occupation staff’s work stress isn’t related to perceived organizational support. However, inner stress is positively related to system support, and outer stress is nega- tively related to spirit support. Occupation staff’s perceived organizational support has buffering effects during the influencing process of work stress and quit tendency. The innovation of this study, mainly in the following aspects:to enrich the local-ized scope of the study of work stress and turnover intention; build the different dimen-sions of work stress and perceived organizational support; build a new theoretical model of pressure of work and organizations support a sense of the theoretical model; a com-prehensive comparison of the different dimensions of the working pressure in predicting employees turnover intention and organizational support, their relative importance; the introduction of organizational support variables, provides a new idea for the working pressure.
