Research On Financing Risk Management System Of Scientific And Technological Enterprise

At present,the international and domestic practice and theory all show that the sound development of scientific and technological enterprise plays an important role in promoting the overall national strength of a country.Only with the effective support of funds can scientific and technological Enterprise developed healthily.At the same time,relevant theories also show that the scientific and technological enterprise has the financing features of strong financing needs,narrow financing channels,high financing costs,and its financing risk is also the most obviously.However,the financing risk management of scientific and technological enterprise in our country is still not perfect at present.There are some problems such as the awareness of financing risk management is weak,the financing risk management system is not perfect and the financing risk control is not targeted.Therefore,it is of great significance to accurately identify,comprehensively analyze,scientifically evaluate and control the financing risks rationally and effectively for the effective use of funds by scientific and technological enterprise enhance their overall competitiveness.Under the background that the scientific and technological enterprise is generally facing the problem of financing difficulties and the financing risk management is not perfect,in view of the existing problems of financing risk management,this paper constructs a comprehensive and systematic financing risk management system of scientific and technological enterprise from four aspects: financing risk identification,financing risk analysis,financing risk assessment and financing risk control.In terms of financing risk identification and analysis,the financing risks of technology-based companies are identified from the perspectives of debt financing risk,equity financing risk,and financing structure risk.Then analysing the causes of financing risks and draw the influencing factors that lead to the existence of financing risks.In terms of financing risk assessment,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to carry out financing risk assessment.The financing risk of science and technology enterprises is divided into five levels so that each financing risk has an accurate risk level.In terms of financing risk control,combined with the assessment of the financing risk of science and technology enterprises,based on the principle of risk control to maintain low risk and control high risk,the paper puts forward financing risk control measures in a targeted manner.Finally,on the basis of completing the construction of management system,taking PY company as an example,the financing risk management system.It concludes that the financing risk of Company PY belongs to medium risk level.Then puts forward the financing risk control measures in combination with the assessment results.The example verifies the operability of the constructed system.Finally,the operational safeguard measures for the financing risk management system of science and technology enterprises were proposed,which enabled the science and technology enterprises to rationally use the management system to deal with financing risks and promote the healthy development of science and technology enterprises.
