| The holding of exhibition activities requires the participation of different industries,therefore,the exhibition industry can be associated with related industries.The exhibition industry is also called “urban development booster” because of its strong industrial association.Many cities are vigorously developing the exhibition industry,however,the national,provincial and municipal conditions are different,and the development level and the industrial relevance utility of the exhibition industry are also different.In the context of Chengdu's efforts to build an “International Exhibition City”,this paper measured the level of correlation between the exhibition industry and the relevant industries and the industrial structure in Chengdu,and studied the industrial correlation effect of the exhibition industry in Chengdu and the industrial structure of the city under the effect,then summarized the industrial path for the rapid development of the urban exhibition industry,which can provide theoretical support to the exhibition industry and related industries in Chengdu and the optimization and upgrading of the exhibition industry and industrial structure,which also has the practical significance of promoting the construction of “International Exhibition Capital”.Firstly,the results of grey correlation analysis show that the exhibition industry in Chengdu has a strong correlation with the GDP,the primary industry,the secondary industry and the tertiary industry,with the correlation of 0.80,0.56,0.71 and 0.83.Specifically,in the secondary industry,the relevance between exhibition industry and industry is higher than that between exhibition industry and construction industry;in the tertiary industry,the relevance between exhibition industry and some industries is arranged as follows: transportation,storage and post industry > accommodation and catering industry > financial industry > wholesale and retail Industry > tourism industry.In addition,the data analysis shows that the exhibition industry in Chengdu is coupled with the urban industrial structure and key urban industries.Then,the paper maked a theoretical study on the industrial association level of Chengdu's exhibition industry from three aspects: the association between exhibition industry and the secondary industry,the tertiary industry and the theme industry of exhibition activities,and obtaind the backward association effect,forward association effect and theme association effect of Chengdu's exhibition industry.Under the joint effect of the three effects,exhibition industry and the industrial structure and key industries are highly related and promote each other.On the basis of this theoretical research,the paper summarized the industrial path of the rapid development of Chengdu's exhibition industry,that is,the reasonable urban industrial structure and a good industrial foundation for the promotion and upgrading of the development of the exhibition industry,at the same time,the exhibition industry helps the development of key industries in the city,and promotes the benign circular development mode of the upgrading of the urban industrial structure.Finally,based on the industrial correlation effect,this paper put forward four suggestions to promote the common development of Chengdu exhibition industry and city related industries,and promote the optimization of urban industrial structure. |
