Study On Optimization Of Tax Payment Service Of Dafeng District Electronic Tax Bureau

With the continuous development of information technology,the channels for tax authorities to provide tax services tend to be electronic and information-based.As the most important electronic tax platform,the most important function of the electronic tax bureau is tax payment service.Under the background of national and local tax consolidation,it is of great significance to optimize the tax service of electronic tax bureau to improve the sense of gain and satisfaction of taxpayers.Under the background of the consolidation of state and local tax,and based on the practical application of Dafeng district electronic tax bureau,his paper investigates and analyzes the tax service of Dafeng district electronic tax bureau by using the methods of questionnaire and quantitative research.While affirming the effectiveness of its work,it points out that there are still some problems in Dafeng district electronic tax bureau,such as the insufficient service level,the imperfect service content and the unblocked service channel.The reasons for the above problems mainly include the lack of tax service concept,insufficient construction of talent team,insufficient publicity and guidance,incomplete process reengineering,hidden danger of system safety and unsatisfactory co-governance effect.At last,this paper puts forward some measures such as raising the awareness of tax service,strengthening the construction of talent team,strengthening the tax publicity and guidance,system process reengineering,establishing a safe tax service environment,strengthening the cooperation and enhancing the co-governance effect.This paper provides an effective way to improve the administrative efficiency of tax departments and promote the modernization of taxation.At the same time,it has certain reference significance to the tax service optimization of Dafeng district electronic tax bureau after the consolidation of national and local taxes.
