Research On The Closed-loop Supply Chain Decision Of The Shared Express Package Under The Government Subsidy

With the rapid development of logistics industry driven by e-commerce platform,the pollution caused by express packaging waste is increasingly apparent.As a kind of green packaging,Shared express packaging can help alleviate the pollution caused by resource shortage and discarded packaging waste,reduce the burden of packaging cost for enterprises,and the construction and operation of Shared express packaging system has become an important task.Therefore,this paper studied the Shared package of offline express delivery on B2 C e-commerce platform,drew on the latest practical experience and research results at home and abroad,and modeled the decision-making problem of closed-loop supply chain recovery structure composed of manufacturers,e-commerce enterprises,third-party enterprises and consumers on the basis of game theory.This paper makes a reasonable hypothesis for the game system of the Shared express package,discusses the relevant decision-making problems of the government,enterprises and consumers,and analyzes and explores the strategic choice of each subject in the game process.This paper provides Suggestions for the strategy selection of each subject in the Shared express package system,so that the Shared express package can better meet the needs.Firstly,a decision-making model of the closed-loop supply chain of Shared express package composed of manufacturers,e-commerce enterprises,third-party recycling enterprises and consumers is established to study the influence of the quantity of consumers' voluntary delivery of Shared express package and the initial cost of e-commerce enterprises' input in the recovery of Shared express package on the selection of the recovery mode.When consumers are willing to deliver a large number of free Shared express packages,the amount of recycling will increase.Choosing the recycling mode of e-commerce enterprises can improve the income of each node of the closed-loop supply chain.Electricity express packaging enterprises upfront costs sharing the cost of running the system is low,select electricity enterprise recovery mode is conducive to increased profits;When the early-stage input cost exceeds a certain value,the recovery of third-party enterprises is more conducive to the increase of the income of each node of the closed-loop supply chain.Then,according to the difference of consumer preference,the paper constructs a dual channel recycling decision-making model of shared express packaging considering consumer preference,and solves the optimal decision-making of the model.On this basis,the government intervention is added to study the supply chainoptimization decision-making under the conditions of subsidizing to the manufacturer of shared express packaging and subsidizing to the consumer using shared express packaging respectively,and compares the non-government subsidy and government subsidy.The government gives the production subsidy of the shared express package,and the government makes the optimal decision when subsidizing the consumers who use the shared express package.The conclusion is that the price of the shared express package is the lowest when the government subsidizes the manufacturers,and the highest when the government subsidizes the green consumers.In the case of government subsidy,the demand of shared express package is greater than that without government subsidy,and the demand of one-time package is greater than that without government subsidy.In the case of government subsidy,the profit of the manufacturer of shared express package is the largest,and in the case of no government subsidy,the profit of the manufacturer of disposable package is the largest.When the government subsidy coefficient meets certain conditions,the retailer's profit under the government subsidy is the largest.Finally,the Stackleberg game model between third-party recycling enterprises and consumers is built to study the third party enterprises' choice of recycling service level and economic incentive mechanism in the process of recycling and Shared express package.The influence of incentive contract on the recycling amount of Shared express package and the profit of third party enterprises is discussed.It is concluded that when the marginal labor cost of third party enterprises is high,the marginal service cost is small,the marginal environmental cost of Shared express package is small,and the fixed income of third party enterprises is large,the third party enterprises tend to choose the service level incentive.The paper has 3 pictures,4 tables,and 86 references.
