S Education,the research object of this paper,is a typical company of Internet Plus education in knowledge paying industry.It is a company providing personal brand education services,whose main curriculum system consists of social interchange course,personal brand tutoring course,offline tutoring course and the reading club.The delivered contents include social interchange skills,personal brand building,personal brand cases,etc.,using mobile Internet technology to provide online and offline personal branding courses and services for white-collar workers and other people who want to start businesses or create sidelines through personal brand building.This paper argues that S Education is facing certain threats as well as good market opportunities.S Education has the advantages of curriculum,service system and consultants.At the same time,S Education,in the context of the Internet,in its steps to develop and grow,also faces problems such as the fast copying of courses by competitors,the questioning of the quality and effect of online teaching,and the difficulty in supervising students' learning results.The main conclusion of this paper is that S Education should focus on the "practicability" and "landing" of personal branding skills,adopt the differentiation competitive strategy,build a high-end brand of personal brand education and build core competitiveness through product differentiation,service differentiation,channel differentiation and brand differentiation.Specifically,it includes building differentiated courses around "practicability" and "landing",increasing additional services beyond the courses,and gradually improving with the goal of creating a healthy online learning ecosystem by expanding the influence of the brand in public relations and public welfare activities.The research of this paper can also provide reference for other enterprises in knowledge paying industry to formulate their competitive strategies.
