With the openness of China’s financial industry to the outside world has been continuously strengthened,especially a large number of small and medium-sized banks and joint-stock banks that have emerged in large numbers in recent years,they pose a great threat to the traditional business models of large commercial banks.At the same time,the electronic payment methods such as Alipay and WeChat have risen rapidly and are widely accepted.The problem of homogenization of the interbank development mode is becoming more and more prominent,the competition has become more and more intense.Banks gradually realized that they should increase their competitiveness.While making improvements,we must constantly improve our service awareness and innovation to be more reasonable.However,in the final analysis,it is still the management of "people".Performance evaluation is the key to mobilizing employees’enthusiasm and ensuring bank performance and strategic development.There are many unsatisfactory performance evaluations in practice.Development has had a negative impact.This article therefore takes the personal credit manager of Bank W branch of Y as the object of research.Firstly,this paper summarizes and summarizes the performance evaluation of bank credit managers and related theoretical research and practical experience;and then investigates and analyzes the current status and problems of the performance evaluation of personal credit managers of W Branch of Y Bank,mainly including index setting,evaluation result application,and evaluation implementation.In terms of the problems and the reasons,then based on the relevant theories of performance evaluation,the purpose and principles of the performance evaluation improvement plan for the personal credit manager of Bank W branch of Bank Y were designed.From the performance evaluation indicators and weights,the main body and the cycle,the results The four aspects of application,application and implementation points were analyzed to construct and improve the performance evaluation and improvement plan for the personal credit manager of the W branch;finally,the guarantee measures to ensure the smooth implementation of its evaluation plan were put forward.Such as:management concept improvement and action support,understanding and cooperation of all employees,the cultivation of corporate performance culture and strengthening systems and information technology support.Through the use of analytic hierarchy process,this paper combines theory with practice,focuses on the strategic objectives of W branch,analyzes its existing problems,and designs its performance evaluation improvement scheme,which has a certain reference significance for the performance evaluation of the personal credit manager of W branch and even the performance evaluation of the whole bank.
