The development of the "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" economy is already a problem that must be solved to promote the comprehensive economic development of our country and build a harmonious society.It is also a key link that needs to be optimized and upgraded quickly at the current level of national economic strategy.The guarantee of capital is an important foundation for realizing modern rural construction.However,at present,China's rural economic security forces are mainly derived from financial allocations.The implementation of market-led financial models in rural areas is still in a slow state,and backward financial market models also severely restrict the rapid transformation of agricultural scale and industrialization.A huge bottleneck.As the third-level county-level branch of the state-owned bank,CCB G County Branch has played an important role in the development of the county economy.However,as national policies have become more and more inclined to the rural economic market,many financial institutions have set foot in the "three rural" issues.Business,which poses a huge market competition threat to the agriculture-related business of CCB's G County Sub-branch.It is particularly important to choose a development strategy that is more appropriate to its own development stage and resources.In this paper,the "Three Rurals" business of CCB G County Sub-Branch is taken as the research object.Based on the current actual situation of business development,the development strategy of the "Three Rurals" business is studied.First,this paper analyzes the macro and micro environment of the "Sannong" business of CCB's G C ounty Sub-branch in accordance with the PEST analysis method and the Porter Five Forces model,and uses the EFE matrix to quantitatively evaluate the superiority of the external development environment.Second,from the organizational structure Analyze the internal environment for the development of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers" business of CCB G County Sub-branch in five aspects including human resources,risk control capabilities,etc.,and use the IFE matrix to further evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the internal resources and development space;again,deepen internal and external through the SWOT matrix Environmental development resources,four types of options:intensive,torsional,defensive,and differentiated strategies are evaluated,and then the intensive strategy is selected as the development strategy for the"agriculture,rural areas,and farmers" business of CCB G County Sub-branch during the preliminary matching phase of the strategy.In order to be able to use more accurate quantitative analysis tools to determine the pros and cons of alternative strategies,provide clear direction guidance for subsequent strategy implementation.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the intensive strategy,supporting measures are proposed from the aspects of service levels of "Three Rural" business personnel,management of business risk sources,smooth operation of the business operation management system,and optimization of external resources and environment of the business.This article takes the "Sannong" business of CCB G County Sub-branch as the research obj ect,and uses the SWOT analysis tool to analyze its intern al and external environment for the first time to study the development strategy of "Sannong" products,and has a relatively new research perspective.This article is based on the actual work of the G County branch of CCB.It closely matches the research results with the frontline work.It has a clear strategic guiding role,enriches the practical research of development strategies and strategic management ideas in the financial industry,and has certain application and innovation value.
