The development.of China's medical resources is unbalanced,and the current medical system is facing many problems.The state resolutely deepened the medical reform policy to solve the chronic disease that people are most concerned about,that medical treatment is difficult and expensive.Therefore,the implementation of the strategic objectives of healthy China and the detailed medical reform will go hand in hand,the implementation of the two-ticket system,the integration of intermediate links,the restriction of multi-level agents,the reduction of the cost of medical devices,and the medical technology stakeholders will be greatly affected.XX wearable medical device company is a regional traditional medical device company.Since its establishment in 2014,it has been taking goods from manufacturers and selling them to medical institutions at a higher price as an agent which is a business model.This paper uses PEST analysis to analyze the current background of ?? company,and analyzes the situation of the company through the four factors of politics,economy,society and technology.It is found that with the reform of the medical system,the traditional business model can no longer adapt to the changes of the medical market in our country,and the rapid transformation is needed to cope with the wave of the medical system reform,Through the relevant theories of the business model in the mobile medical field,the main business mode;and constraints of the current mobile medical industry are understood.Then,based on the experience of relevant enterprises at hom e and abroad,the development of the most famous business model of chunyu doctor in China is taken as an example to get inspiration from the market positionin g and the demands of relevant parties.On this basis,through the SWOT under the condition of internal and external competition environment and competition situation,the various factors each other match analysis to ?? com pany's strategic positioning and business model architecture for the new design:take advantage of its own products,hosp ital expert resource advantages,combined with each other in recent years "network +" vigorously advocated the concept of this country,with the help of ?? wearable medical equipment resources,etc.To determine the transformation direction of the company.Taking the chronic diseases of the elderly as the starting point,it assists the hospital to develop the chronic disease management platform,and integrates the service process and conceptual design that facilitates the seamless commication between doctors and patients by relying on the big data of wearable medical devices and technology platforms.Finally,from wearable products to mobile platform to related consumables,a complete closed loop of ?? company's business model has been formed...
