In recent years,the Chinese government has launched several support policies to encourage business insurance company to develop commercial health insurance products and participate deeply in the integration of health services industry chain.Some opinions on accelerating the development of modern insurance services first proposed the development of diversified health insurance services in 2014.Notice on the implementation of the pilot of the personal income tax policy on commercial health insurance pointed out that tax preferential commercial health insurance will be introduced in some pilot cities and government will give more favorable to commercial health insurance innovation products in terms of taxation.In this context,the insurance company has more motivation to promote the professional development of commercial health insurance.At present,our commercial health insurance market shows the characteristics of rapid growth,low coverage and serious product homogeneity,professional health insurance companies have difficulty in operating and making profit.The guarantee function of health insurance has not been fully played.If the insurance companies cannot change the traditional business ideas or break the inherent constraints,it is impossible to achieve a breakthrough in commercial health insurance.In the background of "Internet+",the innovation and development of wearable devices can be technical support for change of health insurance market.Traditional actuarial technology which was only based on historical data will be subverted if the big data technology can be used in health insurance.Insurance companies can take advantages of wearable devices to collect real-time information and accurately grasp the risk of the subject of insurance.Insurance companies can launch personalized products based on individual risk data.In addition,wearable devices also have a positive impact on customer interaction,claims,health risk management,etc.Insurance companies use wearable devices to manage health risks,to research model of chronic disease management,remote rehabilitation nursing,mobile medical assistance and other services,to urge the insured to pay close attention to health risk,to increase effective communication with customers.These measures can improve the level of health risk management and profitability of health insurance products.This article will start with the promoting effect in theory of wearable devices for commercial health insurance,then analysis innovation of the integration.Combined with the existing domestic and international products of wearable devices and health insurance,this article sums up present situation and experience to provide a reference for the design and promotion for the future development of new products.It analysis characteristics of potential consumer groups in a questionnaire survey,find the factors that impact customers to buy new insurance products,which provides insurance companies a breakthrough point to promote the innovational products.It gives a comprehensive assessment method of wearable devices and commercial health insurance with the internal strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats in the external environment through the analysis of SWOT.It offers proposed policy recommendations from the perspective of different sectors of the industry,so that each of the participants from the middle and lower reaches of the health services industry chain can contribute to the development of wearable devices and commercial health insurance innovation.
