The internal audit of commercial banks plays an important role in the prevention and control of bank risks.However,with the continuous development of new technologies such as big data,the Internet,cloud computing and artificial intelligence,financial technology ushered in unprecedented innovation,which has led to the increasing risk of commercial banks.Risks are constantly changing,new risk points are emerging,and a series of new risk management challenges have emerged.The increasingly risk control situation and increasingly competition have put forward higher requirements for internal audit of commercial banks.The traditional internal audit mode based on compliance has been unable to meet the risk prevention and control requirements under the new situation.Therefore,the internal audit of commercial banks urgently needs to be transformed.Value-added internal auditing takes into account risk management and maximizing bank benefits.As an important means of internal control and risk prevention and control,it is gradually becoming a new direction and general trend for the development of internal auditing of domestic commercial banks.In the process of the transformation of internal audit of commercial banks from traditional audit to value-added audit,the transformation of audit concept,innovation of audit methods,especially the use of big data technology closely related to audit,the improvement of audit system,and the construction of value-added audit team are undoubtedly the key elements of the transformation.The first is the audit concept,the idea determines the practice,the way of thinking determines the direction,the change of the audit concept under the new situation is directly related to the success or failure of the transformation from internal audit to value-added audit.The second is the innovation of the audit method.In recent years,various commercial banks have continuously strengthened the use of big data and Internet technologies in business operations and product innovation,data has become an extremely important asset of commercial banks,playing a vital role in bank management.In the big dataenvironment,the internal audit of commercial banks must also combine the actual situation,seize the opportunity brought by the big data era,and deeply study how to use big data,how to increase the audit value and innovate the audit method based on the big data,and how to cultivate data analysis talents In order to make use of big data to help realize value-added audit transformation.Thirdly,the implementation of value-added audit transformation must also rely on a professional and highly qualified audit team,establish an effective value-added auditing and evaluation system,take measures to ensure the independence of internal auditing,and address the opportunities and challenges brought about by the environment.By sorting out internal strengths and weaknesses and making targeted adjustments and changes,we can give full play to the role of internal audit in preventing risks and promoting sound business development,and earnestly realize the goal of internal audit to promote the value added of commercial banks.Based on the above reasons,in the current situation,it is imperative for commercial banks to transform their internal audit into value-added audit.Based on the current Internet finance and big data environment,and using SWOT analysis method and CLPV matrix,this paper studies the current situation of internal value-added audit transformation foundation of bank A.On the basis of the research,it gives countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation of internal audit of bank A.
