Research On Debt Risk Control Of X Investment And Financing Platform Company

Although the local government investment and financing platform company has played a role in promoting local infrastructure construction and urbanization development,the debt risk of local government investment and financing platform company has attracted more and more attention due to its largest proportion of local government debt.In recent years,the state has put forward many new policies for the management of local government investment and financing platform companies,and put forward new regulations for the debt management of local government investment and financing platform companies.The tightening of regulatory policies has increased the pressure on local government investment and financing platform companies to survive,but also faced with debt risk.How to control the debt risk of local government investment and financing platform companies has become an important research issue.This paper combs the theory of local government investment and financing platform companies and their debt risk control,summarizes the literature on risk control.Based on the theory and literature basis of debt risk,this paper chooses X Investment and Finance Platform Company as the research object,expounds the development of the company and the status quo of debt risk control,and analyses the problems and reasons in the current situation of debt risk control of the company.Then,it identifies the influencing factors of corporate debt risk from both external and internal aspects,constructs an evaluation system of debt risk by using expert investigation method and chromatography analysis method,evaluates the debt risk of X investment and financing platform company,and finds that its debt risk is at the end of the medium-risk zone,and there is a certain debt risk.Finally,based on the results of debt risk analysis and evaluation of X investment and financing platform company,the corresponding control measures are put forward.This paper studies the application of debt risk control theory in practice,which has important practical significance for X Investment and Finance Platform Company to effectively control debt risk and smooth transformation,and also has reference significance for other government investment and financing platform company's debt risk control practice.
