With the continuous progress of society,the development situation of enterprises has become increasingly severe.In the current era of development,the essence of corporate competition is the competition of talents.Only if an enterprise can continuously deepen the construction of corporate culture and improve the overall strength of the enterprise in the fierce competition in the industry,can it attract more people with lofty ideals to participate in the construction of the enterprise and add momentum to the future development of the enterprise.Therefore,solving the problem of brain drain in enterprises has become the key for enterprises to win in competition.As a state-owned enterprise,L telecommunications enterprises have a low turnover rate,but most of them lose young talents with high education.Therefore,if they want to maintain their position in the communications industry and occupy a place in the coming 5G era,they must face up The problem of brain drain in the development process is to formulate corresponding solutions to the problem and retain those who can create value for the enterprise.In this context,the author conducted a questionnaire survey on three departments in a branch of L Telecom Enterprise,and studied the subcultures existing in the department.Subculture does not occupy a dominant position in the enterprise.It is a non-mainstream culture.Corporate culture and corporate subculture coexist and coexist.This article analyzes the relationship between turnover and subculture through the analysis of departmental subculture.After some research,it was found that the loss of talents in the department has a certain relationship with subcultures.The pathological subculture is not conducive to the retention of talents,and even has a certain promotion effect on the loss of talents.Therefore,the management of subcultures is also a part of corporate culture management.An important component.At the end of the article,the focus and methods of management are proposed for the subcultures existing in the department,and some suggestions are made for the leaders in the enterprise to manage the subcultures,so as to reduce the turnover rate of the department.
