Based on the analyse of competitive focus is transferring to innovation in modern economic circumstance, the importance of cultivating independence innovation competence and building effective innovative surrounding were pointed out in the beginning of this paper. And after observing the status of national-level and corporate-level innovation consciousness, this article indicated that the innovation connotation in our corporate culture is not good. Above status will influence not only promotion of corporation technology innovation capability, but also the innovative responsibility of corporation as the national innovation protagonist indirectly. So, from the beginning, this paper put forwarded two-level contradictions. Through searching and reviewing relative literatures and theories, and the observation in corporation, this article indicated that the solution of the two contradictions may be focused on tracsferring innovation consciousness inside corporate, then promoting holistic innovation level of corporate culture and technology innovation performance of the corporation.Through reviewing the relative theories of technology innovation management, all elements innovation of Total Innovation Management (TIM), corporate culture, organization and communication, this research pointed out that corporate culture is the foundation of in technology innovation management and TIM. Enlightened by the subculture studies of famous scholars in corporate culture theory such as Schein, Hofstede and relative organization, communication theory, this paper indicated that the construction of corporate culture must be paid attention to by corporation because it is hard and important work. And the work should be started with the research of corporation subculture. The research should be analysed through the main types of subculture which affecting technology innovation and how the corporation subculture is working inside the corporation.Based on the theoretical analyse, the concept model of "The innovation synergy mechanism of corporate subculture based TIM view" was constructed firstly. Through questionnaire, statistics analyse, case studies and System Dynamics method, the concept model was demonstrated roundly. Based on using theoretical and empirical method, the basic theory and research method of corporate culture and innovation synergy mechanism of corporate subculture were studied on and constructed. Above theory and method will be powerful and meaningful to the TIM and corporate culturemanagement for our corporations.Through theory analyse, statistics analyse and case studies of "The innovation synergy mechanism of corporate subculture based TIM view", three important innovation thesises was founded and demonstrated, such as follows:Firstly, the innovation synergy mechanism of corporate subculture based on the innovative level of corporate subculture and equality level, intercommunicate level between every corporate subculture was constructed and demonstrated. The effecting routines in this mechanism were obtained through SEM model.Secondly, based on the technology innovation management and corporate subculture theory and empirical conclusion, the "Senior-level strategy subculture", "Middle-level executive subculture", "Grass roots operative subculture", "Technology subculture" and "Non-technology subculture" was founded and the "innovation characteristics map of corporate subculture" was constructed for the first time. Above conclusions were also be demonstrated by several case studies.Thirdly, the influence mechanism of TIM all elements innovation and three characteristics were analysed based on the empirical conclusion of "The innovation synergy mechanism of corporate subculture" and "innovation characteristics map of, corporate subculture".All of these conclusions were meaningful for not only technology innovation management theory, corporate culture/subculture theory, organization and communication theory, but also corporate practices.This thesis was consisted of eight chapters.Chapter One introducted the research origin, background, the need of corporate practices of this article, the importance and limitations of this thesis were demonstrated based on the analyse of theory limitation. Then the logic frame and research routine were designed, the main innovation thesises were summarized and the main research methods were introducted.Chapter Two is the comprehensive literature review. The contributions and limitations of prior research were reviewed detailedly. All the works were the theoretical basement of concept mode and empirical study.In the Chapter Three, the concept model of "The innovation synergy mechanism of corporate subculture based TIM view" was constructed based on the conclusion of theory reviews. The measurement method of innovation level of every subculture inside corporation and the two key factors "equality level" and "intercommunicatelevel" which affecting the innovation level of corporate subculture were firstly put forward.Chapter Four was the part of questionnaire introduction of this article. Based on the theory review in Chapter Two and the concept model designed in Chapter Three, the formal "Corporate culture/subculture Questionnaire" was designed. After demonstrating the validity of questionnaire designing, questionnaire data, this chapter also exhibited the rough statistics results.Chapter Five was the empirical analyse chapter of this research. Based on the Factor analyse and CFA, SEM structural equation modeling method, the concept model of "The innovation synergy mechanism of corporate subculture based TIM view" was demonstrated and some conclusions are explored. Based on the empirical results, "the innovation characteristics map of corporate subculture" was constructed. The map would be a good management tool for not only managing corporate culture, but also for the technology innovation management of the corporation. At last, the correlations results of each elements in "The innovation synergy mechanism of corporate subculture based TIM view" through the empirical analyse were explained and the concept model in Chapter Three was revised.Chapter Six focused on case studies such as some successful innovative corporation and an unsuccessful case, demonstrated the existence of "innovation mechanism of corporate subculture" and its influence on corporation performance of technology innovation. Based on the case studies and the former corporate subculture synergy mechanism, the influence mechanism of TIM all elements innovation was explored.According to the major research results and conclusions in the forgoing chapters, Chapter Seven constructed a system dynamics model of "Influence mechanism of TIM all elements innovation based innovation mechanism of corporate subculture". The feedback dynamic complexity of the system dynamics model behavior was also given in this chapter.Chapter Eight summarized the main research results and conclusions, discusses contributions to theory, methodology and business practice, then provides possible avenues for future research directions in this area.
