| In the context of the era of Big Data,informational human resource management construction is the internal driving force and inevitable trend of modern enterprise development.For XX company,as a well-known company with tens of thousands of employees,building a mature human resource management information system has become the key to deal with human resource management,which is also of great significance for the company to allocate its human resources and to improve the level of human resource management.Under the grim situation of the falling escarpment of international oil prices and seriously shriveling of the international market,XX Company is facing not only the "cold winter" of the external environment,but also many problems in the internal human resource management,such as the huge base number of employment amount,too many human resource practitioners,uneven personnel structure,lack the ability of interdepartmental resource integration and sharing,the level of information management has yet to be improved.We need to use the informational human resources management to solve the contradiction of internal management.From the method of optimizing human resources management process reengineering and promoting the application of information systems to achieve integration of resources,process links,information sharing and platform processing.Based on the background mentioned above,this paper will analyze the status quo and some issue of informational human resource management construction in XX Company on the basis of the research of human resource management informational construction literature and the characteristics of modern informational human resource management in the new period.Moreover,according to the existing problems,this paper will provide some advanced ideas and measures about the exploitation of the sharing platform and the design of the Big Data Analysis Model in respect of the system level,management level,the concept level of business employees,which could also improve some ways to build the architecture of a unified information system and an informational human resource management system based on the Big Data.This paper will propose the safeguard measure of the informational construction separately from four aspects: the organization guarantee,the personnel guarantee,the process guarantee and the system guarantee.The aim of this paper is to provide some reference for XX company in terms of the construction of human resource management and some beneficial advice about technological improvement on the construction of informational human resource management. |
