With the continuous development of network communication technology,the interconnection of the Internet,big data mining,the rise of free mode,people's production and lifestyle has undergone tremendous changes,At the same time,Enterprise management also changed dramatically,expedites the innovation of management system.Human resources management as an important strategic department of the enterprise,Under the Internet age,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,the traditional management mode based on the enterprise is difficult to adapt to the development needs of the market economy,the urgent need to upgrade and transformation development.Enterprises in order to get a good development,we must do their own management,attention to human resources management.At present,the traditional business has been a great impact from the Internet in the development of docking and Internet integration,Therefore,the construction in line with the development of the human resources management mode,with the advantages of the Internet to promote human resources management to achieve the construction of great change,in line with the development of the human resources management mode,improve the human resource value creation thus,to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises,new vitality,and has important practical significance and economic benefits.On the basis of combing the general situation of human resource management at home and abroad,this paper analyzes from the management theory,motivation theory and development theory,The background of the Internet era,the necessity of human resource and human resource management mode of traditional enterprise transformation.On this basis,the selection of traditional enterprise S as the research object,and the relevant data such as the overall framework,post structure,age structure,academic structure and technical title of the enterprise resource are collected.It is found that the human resource management mode of the company is mainly the talent plan,Recruitment and allocation,welfare pay,performance management,labor relations and personnel development training.According to the human resource management of S enterprise Internet era has less strategic planning,organization mode,evaluation andsalary incentive mechanism is not perfect,lack of enterprise culture construction,lack of ability to recruit and neglect training and other phenomena,According to the large data technology as a management tool,the formation of cross-border thinking,human resources management,interactive and flexible human resources system and organizational structure to build the Internet era of traditional enterprise human resources model transformation program.On this basis,further proposed the construction of human resources selection,cultivation,retention,downsizing four transformation.Finally,the implementation of security need to rely on a clear transition in three aspects: one is to implement strategic management,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises;the two is to strengthen the management,improve the quality of staff;three is to implement the scientific management,improve the efficiency of human resource management.
