China's construction industry has always been a labor-intensive industry. With the disappearance of China's demographic dividend, the competition of human resources is increasingly fierce, which puts forward higher requirements for the human resource management of construction enterprises. This paper took S state-owned construction enterprise as an example to study and proposed the optimization strategy of human resource management in view of the human resource management problems of construction enterprise, taking big data as the background and combining qualitative and quantitative methods.Firstly,by analyzing the current human resources status of S state-owned construction enterprises,it was found that the main human resource management problems currently exist were: lack of human resources theory, irrational human resource structure, imperfect human resource system and serious brain drain.Secondly, after the employee satisfaction survey and theoretical analysis, found the lesions of these problems, and used the linear regression analysis method to predict the total number of employee turnover in the next three years. Then the goal of S enterprise human resource management optimization and the corresponding method to reducing the brain turnover rate were proposed. Finally, the idea of using big data was proposed to improve the human resource management method of construction enterprises through HR computer management software, which was used for recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career planning of employees. This thesis has certain theoretical and practical significance for the construction enterprises to strengthen human resource management.
