Research On Capital Operation Mode Of JC Company

Technological small and medium-sized enterprises are the important driving force of new economic growth as well as economic transformation and upgrading in the new normal of economic development.To obtain rapid development,in addition to enterprise production and management,we should actively explore effective capital operation mode to carry out capital operation,to optimize enterprise resources allocation and to maximize capital appreciation ability.The strategic choice of capital operation mode plays an important role in the development of technological small and medium-sized enterprises.Taking JC company as the research object and applying the theory of enterprise life cycle and industrial chain,this paper gives a comprehensive introduction to its business development process and strategies on the basis of elaborating capital operation and capital operation modes.By carefully analyzing the operation mode of enterprise capital,we point out the problems with the present mode operation.By contrasting the capital operation cases of representative technological enterprises,the paper summarizes and borrows the successful experience.Taking the macroscopic environment,business environment and life circle of enterprises,we put forward some suggestions for JC company's capital operation,namely the internal restructuring of capital integration,the capitalization of intangible assets,the establishment of a community of interests and the establishment of downstream enterprises with vertical capital expansion.It also provides guarantee for the operation of capital operation mode from four aspects: system,capital,personnel and risk prevention.
