Intelligent manufacturing is an important direction and key point for manufacturing industry to achieve high quality and move towards the middle and high end of the industry.As the core body of intelligent manufacturing enterprises,scientific and technological personnel are one of the important supports for enterprises to realize scientific and technological innovation and master scientific and technological strength,the job performance of scientific and technological personnel is related to the product quality,core technology competitiveness and brand influence of enterprises,so how to improve the job performance of scientific and technological personnel has become the focus of attention of enterprises and academia.Some researchers have explored the leadership style,organizational justice and corporate culture in the external factors,the personality characteristics and emotional intelligence in the internal factors of employees,found that they have a significant impact on job performance.Based on this,this paper takes the scientific and technological personnel of intelligent manufacturing enterprises as the research object,deeply explores the specific path and intensity of the influence of craftsman spirit as the soul of manufacturing industry on job performance,and with perceived organizational support as a moderator.The purpose is to improve the performance of scientific and technological personnel,help intelligent manufacturing enterprises improve product quality and core technology breakthrough,and realize the transformation from "made in China" to "quality manufacturing in China " and to "intelligent manufacturing in china".This paper uses interviews and literature review to determine the research topic,define the basic concepts,and review the relevant theoretical research.Based on the literature review and induction,this paper constructs a conceptual model and puts forward research hypotheses,and selects the measurement questionnaire applicable to this study through expert opinions.The questionnaire is composed of the questionnaire 1,which is used to evaluate the craftsman spirit and job performance of subordinates,and the questionnaire 2,which is used to fill in the biographical characteristics and organizational support of subordinates.Finally,the two questionnaires are combined to form a set of questionnaires.Through the analysis and adjustment of 160(80 sets)pretest questionnaires,formal questionnaires were obtained.A total of 600(300 sets)of formal questionnaires were distributed,and 468(234 sets)of valid questionnaires were recovered.Spss22.0 and Amos21.0 were used for data statistics and analysis.The following three conclusions are drawn:(1)the higher the craftsman spirit of the intelligent manufacturing enterprise's technicians,the better the performance of their job.The positive influence relationships among the dimensions are verified except that the craftsman's interpersonal promotion has not been verified.(2)the sense of perceived organizational support plays a negative role in the positive impact of craftsman spirit on work performance,which specifically verifies that plays a negative role in the positive impact of craftsman skills on relationship performance and work dedication,Craftsman morality on task performance,but not in other dimensions.(3)the significant differences of position on job performance and its dimensions are verified;the significant differences of gender,age,education on job performance and its dimensions are partially verified;the working years of the enterprise have no significant differences on job performance and its dimensions.
