Research On The Influence Of Craftsman Spirit On Innovation Performance Under The Background Of Intelligent Manufacturing

With the development of Internet and Internet of things,3D printing and personalized customization,China has gradually entered the era of smart digital leadership.In the context of intelligent manufacturing,Chinese enterprises need to accelerate the business transformation through intelligence and digitalization,realize the transformation of old and new driving forces,and improve the performance of enterprise innovation.Especially for manufacturing enterprises,under the background of intelligent manufacturing,enterprises should carry forward and inherit the spirit of craftsman and obtain the core competitiveness of enterprises.However,it is not enough to inherit the craftsman spirit of the enterprise.There are abundant knowledge and resources inside and outside the enterprise as well as across organizations,so whether the enterprise can effectively and timely share the required knowledge and resources is crucial to the enterprise innovation.Enterprises must establish their own knowledge sharing system,continuously absorb knowledge,improve the performance of enterprise innovation.At the same time,for manufacturing enterprise,the enterprise itself by craftsmen were scattered throughout the knowledge for carrying spirit of enterprise,enterprise want to establish a perfect system of knowledge sharing,we must explore enterprise spirit,the wisdom of the enterprise staff achievements into a solid foundation for the enterprise forward,contribute to the knowledge sharing behavior.This paper takes knowledge sharing as the intermediary variable to further explore the mechanism of influence of craftsman spirit on enterprise innovation performance,which has certain theoretical and practical research value.Based on human capital theory,knowledge management theory and the theory of technology innovation,build the enterprise spirit,knowledge sharing,innovation performance and the relationship between the theoretical model of absorptive capacity,knowledge sharing is studied on the enterprise spirit and intermediary role between the enterprise innovation performance,and the absorbing ability between enterprise spirit and innovation performance of adjustment.In this paper,SPSS24.0 statistical software was used to make Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis on 458 valid sample data,to empirically study the influence of enterprise craftsman spirit on the improvement of enterprise innovation performance under the intermediary effect of knowledge sharing and the adjustment effect of absorption capacity,and draw the conclusion: first,enterprise spirit has positive effect on enterprise innovation performance.Secondly,enterprise craftsman spirit has positive effect on knowledge sharing.Third,knowledge sharing has a positive effect on enterprise innovation performance.Fourth,knowledge sharing plays a part of intermediary role between enterprise craftsman spirit and enterprise innovation performance.Fifth,absorptive capacity has a positive regulating effect on the relationship between knowledge sharing and enterprise innovation performance.The research results of this paper enrich the research ideas in the fields of improving enterprise innovation performance and cultivating enterprise craftsman spirit,and lay a foundation for subsequent related exploration.
