With the deepening of China's financial system reform,interbank business,corporate business and retail business have formed the three major business sectors of commercial banks,and have become an important profit growth point for commercial banks in China.Based on the analysis of the motivation for the development of China's commercial banks' interbank business,this paper empirically tests the impact of the development of interbank business on the operating performance of China's commercial banks;taking Bank C as an example,the paper discusses the difficulties and problems faced by the development of China's commercial banks' interbank business;Demonstrate the development strategy of China's commercial banks' interbank business is not only of great theoretical significance,but also can provide decision-making reference for the development of China's commercial banks' interbank business.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter expounds the research background of this paper,systematically combs the relevant literature at home and abroad,and puts forward the research ideas and methods of this paper.The second chapter,based on the analysis of the external and internal motivation of the development of China's commercial banks' inter-bank business,takes the relevant data of 10 commercial banks in China as samples,through the establishment of a fixed effect model,uses panel regression method to empirically test the impact of inter-bank business on the operating performance of China's commercial banks,and answers the question why China's commercial banks develop inter-bank business.The conclusion is that there are both external and internal reasons for commercial banks to develop interbank business in China.The fundamental reason is that the development of interbank business is conducive to increasing the bank's operating performance.In the third chapter,taking Bank C as an example,taking the inevitability and realistic reasons of the development of interbank business as the starting point,analyzes the current situation of the development of interbank business in Bank C,and discusses the difficulties and problems faced by the development of interbank business.According to the research,the development of C bank's interbank business faces five major dilemmas: the new normal of macro-economy,the continuous and significant pressure of interbank regulatory policies,the rapid development of Internet finance,the gradual emergence of interbank business risks,the phenomenon of peer product homogeneity is serious,and the five issues that C bank needs to pay attention to in developing its interbank business are strategic positioning,structural adjustment,marketing,deposit basis and performance appraisal.The fourth chapter discusses the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the development of C interbank business by SWOT analysis,and then establishes a SWOT analysis matrix and determines the development strategy of C interbank business;Then,by using the quantitative strategic plan matrix and scoring by experts,the conclusion is drawn that bank c should adopt differentiated competitive strategy in the development of its interbank business.for this reason,the implementation approach and safeguard measures are proposed to answer the question of how bank c should develop its interbank business.The fifth chapter summarizes the full text and further clarifies the main research conclusions of this paper.
