Research Of The Competitiveness And Complementarity Of Sino-Russian Trade

China and Russia are important countries in international trade and an important part of the world market.The trade between China and Russia has a long history.After entering the21 st century,China and Russia have successively joined the World Trade Organization(WTO),and Sino-Russian trade has entered a new stage.From 2011 to 2018,the development of bilateral trade between China and Russia remained stable but the growth trend slowed down.The development of Sino-Russian trade is closely related to its trade structure and trade characteristics.At present,the expansion of China-Russia trade and the increase in complementarity have yet to be developed,and the trade potential is huge.Therefore,how to tap the potential of Sino-Russian trade based on the competitiveness and complementarity of Sino-Russian trade has become an important topic of relevant research between the two countries.This article selects the data of China-Russia economic development and bilateral trade development from 2011 to 2018,combined with domestic and foreign research literature on Sino-Russian trade,in-depth analysis of the competitiveness and complementarity of SinoRussian trade.First,based on the history and current situation of Sino-Russian trade development from 1992 to 2018,the structural characteristics of Sino-Russian import and export merchandise trade are described.By studying the characteristics of various stages of Sino-Russian trade development,the Sino-Russian bilateral trade structure,the Sino-Russian trade product structure,and the status of Sino-Russian trade in their respective countries' trade,we can make a preliminary judgment on Sino-Russian trade.Based on this conclusion,the bilateral trade between China and Russia is complementary and competitive.As a factual basis for Sino-Russian trade competitiveness and complementarity.Secondly,this paper selects highly representative complementary measurement indicators and competitive measurement indicators based on the characteristics of Sino-Russian trade,empirically analyzes the competitiveness and complementarity of Sino-Russian trade,and summarizes the characteristics of Sino-Russian trade.Empirical results based on relevant indicators.Analyze and summarize the problems in the bilateral trade between China and Russia,and put forward relevant suggestions for the development of Sino-Russian trade based on the relevant issues.This paper concludes from research: from 2011 to 2018,the Sino-Russian trade structure is characterized by strong complementarity and weak competitiveness.According to the characteristics of Sino-Russian trade and the status quo of trade development,this paper summarizes the problems of the fragile trade structure of Sino-Russian commodities,the fiercecompetition of Chinese commodities in the Russian market,and the insufficient potential of Sino-Russian trade complementarity that have not yet been fully tapped.China ' s complementary advantages expand trade scale,optimize Sino-Russian trade structure to promote diversified development,establish China 's cross-border e-commerce platform with Russia,and guide enterprises to improve their product competitiveness,and put forward some suggestions for the development of Sino-Russian trade.Unleash the potential of Sino-Russian trade and promote the healthy development of Sino-Russian trade.
