Study On The Performance Evaluation Of Fujian JUNCAO Technology Promotion From The Perspective Of Farmers

Since the reform and opening up,the edible(medicinal)mushroom industry in China has developed rapidly.So far,China has become a big country of edible mushroom production in the world,the Mushroom Industry has also become the sixth pillar industries in the agricultural production structure in china.Fujian province takes the Mushroom Industry as advantageous industries,the total output of the edible(medicinal)mushroom has been ranked the forefront of China since 1986.With the rapid development of mushrooms?edible tree fungus?Ganoderma and other edible(medicinal)mushroom,which takes broadleaf trees as the main raw materials,the broad leaf which has significant ecological benefits is consumed at an alarming rate.The bacteria forest contradiction of Mushroom Industry production and forestry ecological balance become increasingly acute.For the increasingly acute bacteria forest contradiction,Zhanxi Lin researcher in the Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University invented JUNCAO technology,which could solve it better.Fujian Province as the birthplace of JUNCAO technology,has the advantage to develop JUNCAO industry vigorously.Fujian Province has been promoted JUNCAO technology in the designated pilot counties(cities)from 2009,after two years' hard work,it has achieved some success,but there are many deficiencies.Therefore,this study which is based on the perspective of farmers has a comprehensive evaluation to the promotion performance of Fujian JUNCAO technology,and on this basis,propose optimization measures to promote the Fujian JUNCAO promotion.First,the writer analyzes and summarizes a large number of agricultural technology promotion and its performance evaluation literature,to obtain the preliminary indicators of JUNCAO technology promotion,and on this basis,combines with expert advice and pre-survey results,finalizes the index system of JUNCAO technology promotion performance evaluation.The writer designs the questionnaire of Fujian JUNCAO technology evaluation according to it,and does a reliability and validity test to the questionnaire.Second,according to the survey date,the writer does a descriptive analysis on the survey results of Fujian JUNCAO technology promotion,obtains a conclusion that the farmers' scores on Fujian JUNCAO technology promotion is lower.Then using the Entropy Method to determine the weights of the performance evaluation of Fujian JUNCAO technology promotion,and using the Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation to evaluate it comprehensively.The empirical results are as follows:the evaluation results of Fujian JUNCAO technology promotion falls in the "very poor-"?"poor"?"general" three levels,while the fuzzy utility values of Fujian JUNCAO technology promotion is 0.470 only.It shows that the satisfaction evaluation of farmers on the Fujian JUNCAO technology promotion is low.The writer discusses the reasons why the evaluation on Fujian JUNCAO technology promotion is low.Finally,according to the conclusions of descriptive analysis in the forth chapter and the empirical results in the fifth chapter,the writer proposes some promotion measures and policy recommendations to promote the Fujian JUNCAO technology promotion.
