Basic national condition of China is people much but land less, with the rapid development of the economy, along with the rapid process of industrialization and urbanization, a large number of cultivated land into construction land, cultivated land resources are increasingly scarce. Contradiction of the population and land has become one of the major bottleneck for the sustainable development of economy in China. In the grim reality of the situation, how to promote agricultural production, increasing farmers’ income, is an important topic about the rise and fall of the national economy. Also inevitable requirement to build a new socialist countryside, developing countryside economy, promote agricultural efficiency, increase farmers’income.Progress and promotion of agricultural technology can effectively promote the agricultural structure in China upgrade from traditional model to modern transformation, improve the agricultural production, increase farmers’income. The central file no.1(2012) pointed out:to improve agricultural technology promotion ability, to develop the agricultural socialized service. The author thought that, farmers is the ultimate adopters of agricultural technology promotion, is to absorb and accept the main body of agricultural technology. Agro-technique extension services only in conformity with the needs of farmers can play its biggest effect, thus promoting agricultural development and farmers’income.From the farmer’s perspective, this paper analyzes the agricultural technology extension service of influence factors of farmers’ choice behavior, the paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural technology service and the existing problems, combined with extensive experience in the related countries, to promote the development of agricultural technology service better development gives some Suggestions.On the premise of rational economic man hypothesis, this study combined with the theories of economic behavior, adopt the method of combination of questionnaire survey and case interview, on the basis of the survey data in four counties in anhui province, affecting the farmers choose the behavior of the agricultural technology extension service has carried on the empirical research. Full-text is divided into the following six parts.The first chapter, introduction. First introduced the research background of this research topic and question, secondly introduced the selected topic significance, selected topic reason and related theory; Secondly elaborated this article research mentality and research methods; Also introduced in this paper, we study the framework and content; Finally introduces possible innovation and the deficiency existing in this research.The second chapter, literature review. This part first introduces foreign scholars and domestic scholars in the theoretical research on the peasant household behavior, secondly introduce the domestic scholars research about behavior of peasant households to choose agricultural technology service. And reviewing the related research theories of scholars at home and abroad, on the basis of reading lots of literature at the same time, the research results were reviewed and summarized, and the perspective of this study are obtained.The third chapter, the status quo and problems of farmers’choice behavior, combined with the survey data analysis. First of all introduce farmers on the service main body, service mode and service content choice, and then combining with the survey data to analyze the existing problems.The fourth chapter, based on survey data in four counties in anhui province, on the basis of empirical analysis, to explore the related factors of affecting the behavior of peasant households to choose. Main use from the farmer’s own factors such as:age, education and the status of the contracted land and source of income, followed by farmers themselves outside of the environmental factors, to analyze the influence reason of farmers’ choice behavior.The fifth chapter, conclusion and thinking. On the basis of the above analysis of the problem, the main research results of this paper, then the author on how to better promote agricultural technology extension service problem gives some thinking and Suggestions of their own.
