Study On Problems And Countermeasures In Smart City Construction In T City

In recent years,smart city has become a key topic of urban construction and management in the world.Through the integration of cloud computing,big data,and new generation information technology,the city's various systems can realize interconnection and close perception,and intelligently solve the problems of traffic congestion,environmental pollution,citizen life and other aspects in the process of urban development and government management.The new generation of information technology innovation and its wide application are promoting profound changes in production mode,life style and government management mode all over the world.Under the background of complex and changeable global economy,domestic efforts to adjust structure and promote transformation,the country has established strategic measures to vigorously develop strategic emerging industries.As a city management scheme integrating many new science and technology,smart city has become the focus of research and construction in China.T municipal government has a deep insight into the need to occupy the development position of high-end industries,accelerate the innovation ability of science and technology,and upgrade products faster in the process of urban exploration of new industrialization and urbanization.Based on the evaluation index of new smart city and the construction experience of several typical county-level cities in China,combined with the construction practice of smart city in T City,this paper puts forward some suggestions.First of all,in the introduction part,it mainly introduces the research background,significance and research status at home and abroad.On this basis,it puts forward the research ideas and research methods of this paper.Then,on the basis of the existing research,it defines the main concepts and characteristics of smart city,the main trend of current development,clarifies the relationship between smart cities,summarizes the theoretical basis of digital governance theory,human-oriented theory,social ecosystem theory,etc.Secondly,it introduces the general situation of the development of T city and the basic situation and existing problems of the construction of T city's smart city.T city is one of the fast developing cities in the central part of Jiangsu Province.E-government informatization hascertain basis and has made some achievements.However,in the process of building a smart city,it also faces some related problems.For example,its own needs are unclear,its planning and design are not in-depth,its advantages are not prominent,government departments and some enterprises are not clear about the effectiveness of smart city and its own positioning.All of these have becomepractical obstacles in the construction of smart city in T city.Then,in view of the existing problems of T City,this paper analyzes three cases of smart city construction in county-level cities,summarizes the experience and enlightenment of referential significanceand provides some reference for the construction of smart city in T city.Finally,considering current situation of T City's smart cityconstruction,combined with the above experience of smart city construction in county-level cities,this paper summarizes and forecasts the construction of smart city in T City,and puts forward some targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of smart city in T City: to formulatedevelopment strategies based on the demand,makedeep planning and design at the government level,give full play to the advantages and make the focusclear,pinpoint the operation mode to solve financial problems,vigorously implement strategy of “bringing in and sending out”,strengthen government guidance and improve social participation.
