In recent years,there are more and more accounting firms in China,and their business is getting bigger and bigger,competition among accounting firms has become increasingly fierce.Foreign accounting firms such as KPMG,PWC,EY and DTT have entered China,and they put more pressure on the business of their domestic counterparts.Since March 1,2014,the formal implementation of the registered capital subscription registration system has been implemented,and the capital verification business has fallen significantly.Since 2018,with the further implementation of the policy of "decentralization,administration and service",the tax system implements a simple cancellation procedure for 0 declarations.The liquidity and assurance business has declined significantly;With the growth of CPA age,many certified public accountants are unwilling to innovate,even less willing to start a new business,and the firms have gradually exhibited an old-fashioned phenomenon.There is no incentive to develop new customers and new businesses,and there is no innovative operation strategy.Under the circumstances of internal and external problems and increasingly bad environment,ABC accounting firm has encountered bottlenecks and difficulties in its development in the past two years.The single client resources,low audit quality and high audit risk,and conservative aging operation strategies have become more and more exposed.It is more and more obvious that its strategic objectives,strategic positioning,and strategic strategies are relatively vague.In this paper,with reference to Top 50 accounting firms in China,Top 50 accounting firms in jiangxi province,this article uses the PEST analysis,Porter's five force analysis model,SWOT analysis to determine the strategic vision,strategic goals,competitive strategy,functional strategy,and put forward corresponding strategic guarantee measures.ABC accounting firm hopes to become a trustworthy accounting firm that provides one-stop financial consulting services from establishment,operation,development,etc.In 2023,all businesses will develop in an all-round way.The scale of auditing and non-auditing businesses will reach 28 million,and the number of various talents will reach 78.In 2028,the scale of auditing and non-auditing businesses will reach 140 million,and the number of various talents will reach 234.And formulate "clear market positioning,market-oriented transformation","improve organizational form and organizational structure","active development 5strategic safeguard measures including new business,active participation ingovernment bidding and bidding projects,“using marketing mix strategy to implement brand strategy”,and “control of financial and personnel and practice risk”.This article uses literature research and observation methods.By using macro environmental analysis,industry environmental analysis,and SWOT situation analysis for ABC accounting firm,Positioning and developing feasible strategies for small and medium-sized accounting firms such as ABC.Through these measures,the rapid and steady development of accounting firms to provide a path.
