At present,with the rapid development of our economy and society,the Internet has profoundly changing our life,people become extremely convenient access to information,especially in the rapid rise of information dissemination platform such as Weibo,WeChat,Quick hand,Shake sound,Today's headline,a traditional media and new media,media and audience interaction in the media convergence era has arrived.In such an era,everyone is the disseminator and publisher of information,and everyone and enterprises are subject to the transparent supervision of the public.Information dissemination has broken through the limitation of time and space,and public opinion can happen anytime and anywhere.With the advent of the era of media convergence,great changes have taken place in the reputational risk management background of commercial Banks in China,on the other hand,because of the public legal awareness and legal awareness has greatly improved,people are keen to through media convergence tools to maintain their own rights and interests,also is keen on public opinion of news release,sharing and dissemination of various Banks,even evolved into mass incidents,which makes the commercial bank's reputation risk management is facing the unprecedented pressure and challenges.This paper takes J bank as the research object,and the paper is mainly divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,which expounds the topic background,research purpose,research method and research content of the paper.The second part introduce the media convergence and reputation risk management related theory,first of all for defining the relevant concepts,and then respectively summarized the domestic and foreign research on media and reputation risk management dynamic and their respective characteristics,finally mainly introduced in this paper,by using the theory including the crisis management theory,stakeholder theory and the PDCA cycle management theory.The third part briefly introduced the basic situation of bank J,sorted out the current situation of bank J's reputation risk management,and focused on the analysis of its problems such as early warning research and judgment lag,insufficient disposal capacity,and weak risk awareness of employees.The fourth part explores and analyzes the causes of J bank's reputation risk from internal and external aspects,including improper operation and management,unstable personnel structure,insufficient public financial literacy and financial concept,media dissemination and amplification,and regulatory punishment factors.The fifth part is put forward media convergence era J bank reputation risk management optimization strategy,first of all,from the healthy and continuous development of J bank needs and the needs of stakeholders both emphasized the necessity of strengthening the reputational risk management,and then from the shift risk management concept,build a reputation risk prevention system,enhance reputation risk management ability and promote the reputation risk management experience summed up to promote four aspects put forward the optimization strategy.Research suggests that media convergence era of reputation risk has such characters as diversity,concealment,relevance,but as long as seriously comb for J bank reputation management problems,by adopting targeted measures such as prevention,treatment and after evaluation,the stakeholders by minimizing the negative evaluation on the bank can minimize events of J bank reputation caused by the loss and negative effects,which can improve the brand image of J bank.
