The rigid demand for real estate determines the unique foundation of the real estate industry in China's economic development.Since 1990,the real estate enterprises in China have made rapid development.In this development process,most real estate enterprises have adopted a single mode of financing to obtain construction funds,but the rapid development has brought a series of problems both to the real estate industry and national economic development.It is a threat to the healthy and steady development of China's economy.Although the state has been regulating and reforming the real estate industry in recent years,the prevention and identification of the financing risk of the real estate industry is still an important factor to inhibit the development of the real estate industry.S real estate group plays an important role in China's real estate industry at present.In this paper,the financing mode and financing environment of s real estate group are listed and studied in depth.Seven main financing modes of s real estate are analyzed,and the risk points of s real estate financing are identified and the causes are analyzed based on the questionnaire.S real estate is put forward to deal with the enterprise External risk prevention countermeasures and specific operation suggestions.At the same time,on the basis of previous studies,according to the changes of the current financing environment of real estate enterprises,this paper analyzes the current financing risks faced by real estate enterprises in China and the common problems,and draws the following conclusions: the basic way to solve the financing risks of the real estate industry is to diversify the financing channels;it is urgent to establish a sound financial risk early warning mechanism of the real estate industry;it is urgent to establish a sound financial risk early warning mechanism for the real estate industry;and For real estate enterprises,the guarantee and premise of establishing a reasonable financing plan is to reasonably reduce the asset liability ratio of enterprises.At last,the paper looks forward to how to enhance the recognition and prevention of financing risks in the real estate market.
