Research On The Influencing Factors Of Farmers' Participation In Rural Mutual Fund Behavior

For a long time,the shortage of rural finance supply has been an important problem facing China's agriculture and rural economic development.Farmers in rural areas,especially in poor areas,lack of effective collateral and lack of competitive advantages in obtaining bank credit.They are faced with more serious problems such as financing difficulty and high cost,which seriously hinder the development of farmers' entrepreneurship and production expansion.Since 2006,as the country of the relaxation of the rural financial reform and rural economic development of the growth of capital requirements,appeared in the China banking regulatory commission,poverty alleviation,agricultural,supply and world bank projects,social capital through various channels,such as mutual funds exploration activities,gave birth to a variety of capital organization form of mutual aid,the sector for poverty alleviation drive form the most number of funding capital mutual aid organizations,to improve the efficient use of fiscal funds,solve the rural financial development lag,the peasant household production development funds shortage,increasing the income of poor and has achieved obvious results,is also a form of exploration credit cooperation.It has unique vitality and long-term social value in remote and backward villages or in serving small farmers.Therefore,it is of practical significance for this paper to explore the problem of farmers' participation in fund mutual assistance by taking the fund mutual assistance clubs in poverty-stricken villages as an example.Based on rural financial theory,information asymmetry theory,the cooperative finance theory and behavioral economic theory as the instruction,analyzes the rural capital support development course,combining the reality of shaanxi,analyzes the present situation and existing problems in the development of a support of funds,and on the basis of spot investigation data linyou county in shaanxi province,from the head of the household personal characteristics,and the basic situation of farm households,financial support basic situation and the cognition to the capital support,farmers and the farmer credit demand aspects of selecting indicators,farmer participation in rural capital mutual behavior characteristics analysis,and uses the binary Logistic model analysis the influence factors of participation will,in the end.The corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.The empirical analysis of this paper draws the following conclusions :(1)the development of rural credit cooperation with mutual assistance as the core is an important way to solve the shortage of funds for the production and development of small farmers,which has a certain realistic demand and development potential.(2)from the perspective of the farmers themselves,the individual characteristics of the head of the household and the operation status of the family have a direct impact on the participation of farmers in mutual assistance of funds.(3)the operation status of fund mutual-assistance clubs determines their attraction and participation to farmers.(4)government support policies and effective supervision influence farmers' trust and participation in mutual fund organizations.Based on the research conclusion,and in combination with the existing prominent problems in the development of rural mutual aid clubs,this paper puts forward some targeted policy Suggestions from the aspects of strengthening the enthusiasm of farmers in participating in mutual aid funds,improving the driving function of the service of mutual aid clubs,and strengthening government guidance and support,which have practical reference value.
