Research On The Integration And Development Of Wanzhou District Supply And Marketing Cooperatives And Farmer Professional Cooperatives

The issue relating to agriculture,rural areas and farmers is the priority in China's economic development,which occupies an important position in the national development strategy.Supply and marketing cooperative with rich market experience and broad mass base,having become a strong grasp for the government to serve the "three rural issues";The farmer specialized cooperative is the effective organization of the farmer and market,is the link that the supply and marketing cooperative realizes with the farmer benefit connection.This paper aims to solve the problem of transformation and upgrading of the supply and marketing cooperatives,realize the perfect service function based on the rural market,standardize the development of the farmers' professional cooperatives,increase farmers' income and promote the development of agriculture and the rural economy.Based on the data collection,investigation,interview and questionnaire survey,this paper systematically combs the integrated development of Wanzhou Supply and marketing cooperative and farmer professional cooperative,sums up four integrated development models and analyze typical cases.However,in practice,there are some problems between supply and marketing cooperative,famers' cooperative,such as the lack of effective communication,technical personnel and property rights and the difficulty of financing professional cooperatives.This paper blends the object of research in the situation of economic development and immigration policy in the Three Gorges Reservoir area,analyzes the essence of the problems existing in the two sides,and advances the development mechanism of the Three Gorges Reservoir area,which lay the base for integrated development.Establish an integrated development mechanism,link with the interests of farmers,and promote the integration of village and community construction,property rights and integration of services;Implement the two-way flow mechanism of talents,strengthen internal personnel education and training.Build credit evaluation mechanism,solve the problem of financing for farmers' professional cooperatives.Clear the business institutions,address the barriers between the integration of development mechanism and other specific measures,which achieve the better policy environment,better integration effect and greater interests of farmers.It is hoped that this paper can provide a reference for district-level departments to support the rural development,and provide ideas for establishing a long-term integrated mechanism of development betweenSupply and Marketing cooperatives and farmers' professional cooperatives.
