Measurement And Evaluation Of Self-Development Ability In West Yunnan Border Area

Yunnan border area,as China's border counties and the most concentrated minority hardship areas in the world,has weak regional development capabilities,a relatively high incidence of poverty,and the majority of ethnic minorities,which have severely restricted the area economic development.Self-development capability is the actual need and potential driving force for regional economic and social development.Improving regional self-development capability is an inevitable requirement for poverty alleviation in the new era.This paper takes the western Yunnan border area as a research space carrier,summarizes the basic characteristics and basic conditions of resources,environment,economy and society in the western Yunnan border area,selects indicators and constructs an evaluation method system for the self-development capability of the western Yunnan border area,and applies the improved gray correlation-topsis method.Systematic clustering and GIS methods,combined with quantitative and qualitative analysis,comprehensively explore and analyze the differences in the spatiotemporal evolution of the self-development ability of the western Yunnan border area,and propose countermeasures to improve the self-development ability of the western Yunnan border area,which will provide development for poor areas in Yunnan A theoretical perspective and practical case.The results show that the improved gray correlation-topsis method can well evaluate the regional self-development ability.The self-development ability shows four types of development lead,potential,sub-potential and relative lag.The development lead and potential type are concentrated in the central region and spread.Trends,weaker self-development capabilities are distributed at the southeast edge of the study area;the overall regional self-development capabilities are increasing,the overall regional synergy is gradually increasing,the overall differences are gradually narrowing,and the internal structure of regional resources,environment,social development,and economic aggregation It is also becoming more and more reasonable;there is no significant autocorrelation in terms of comprehensive development capacity before 2013,that is,the "island economy" phenomenon,but it has a significant positive correlation in space after 2015,and it has an upward trend and is relatively low.State;the imbalance is very prominent,showing a development trend of gradually focusing on county-level cities,and the central polarization effect is obvious.
