Spatiotemporal Evolution And Influencing Factors Analysis Of County Economy Development Efficiency In Anhui

With the further reformation,Anhui's economic development has been significantly improved.However,Not only do quantity contribute to economic development,what is more needed is combining the quality and efficiency.Hence,how to enhance economic efficiency in the process of development? The only method is to promote the quality as well as efficiency.As the basic unit of the economic nation,the counties' efficient development has extremely effect on the overall development of the whole city and that of Anhui Province.The paper selects the economic development data in Anhui from 2004-2014,measures the level of counties' developing efficiency in the view of county area in Anhui Province,and it shows that the level of efficiency is in a relatively low state and the ability of resources allocation needs to improve.In order to explore the way improving the efficiency of county economy,the paper analyzes the differentiation of various counties' economic development from spatiotemporal aspect,summarizes the mechanism of counties' economic efficiency differentiation based on the theory of endogenous development,and examines the influence of factors on the county economic efficiency.First of all,there are three efficiencies falling behind,the independent technical efficiency is on the peak,next followed by scale efficiency;the third is that;concerning about the efficiencies among different regions and counties,it has a considerable gap.The counties,which belongs to types of upgrading technology,upgrading allocation of resource,increasing scale of investment and upgrading all,are unbalanced distributed in the three major regions of Anhui Province.Secondly,it was found that the economic efficiency of Anhui Province appeared a fluctuating downward trend,and the difference of efficiency between each county is gradually narrowing.The fluctuating range of the northern part of Anhui Province is the largest,followed by middle and the least is south.As the three major regions in Anhui Province,the northern and middle Anhui province showed as same situation as entire province,which indicates a fluctuating decrease in the economic efficiency.Simultaneously,and a reversal of the increase of the efficiency merged in the southern Anhui region.According to the comprehensive efficiency of the trend,the process of evolution economic efficiency can be divided into three sections: from2004 to 2007,2007 to 2011 and 2011 to 2014.Thirdly,the distribution of county economy efficiency has been gradually transformed from the north to south to from near Yangtze River to urban belt,the number of the highest efficiency area and sub-high region has increased,and these areas gradually have been shifting to the center and south of Anhui province.Basically,the economic efficiency of the county shows a weaken spatial autocorrelation,and the spatial distribution gradually enlarges.Furthermore,the distribution of the efficiency shows a spatial pattern,which is from southeastern to northwestern.The pattern shows the traits that distribution range narrows down,the feature of directivity becomes receded,dispersion degree increases and emphasis transfers towards the southeastern direction.Finally,the analysis of the mechanism of county economic efficiency differentiation shows that internal and external factors have impacts on the county economic efficiency in Anhui,the decreasing of county economic efficiency is the damage of internal resource endowment,which is resulted from the low-level division of labor of specialization and captured competitiveness,which is formed from mechanism of cumulative causation.It is suggested that there are some significant points should be emphasized in the process of accelerating the synergistic developments of Anhui province.These points are self-development endogenous growth,resource endowment based on local,intensifying the professionalization and the diversification of division in county,cultivating the self-developing ability,adjusting and optimizing the economic structure,accomplishing the synergy of economic system and promoting the overall comprehensive efficiency of Anhui's economic development.
