In the new socialist era where people's livelihood is increasingly concerned,the importance of social security work has become increasingly prominent,and issues related to social security have received more attention.Among these issues,the attention paid to endowment insurance and medical insurance that concern people's vital interests have gradually increased.People are particularly concerned about their pension benefits,medical security and other issues after retirement.This involves the issue of social insurance funds.Social insurance funds have played a tremendous supporting role in the overall development of social insurance work,and the supervision of social insurance funds is particularly important.This thesis adopts the methods of literature research and social survey from the perspective of social insurance funds supervision,focusing on current situation of supervision of social insurance funds in Qingtian County,finding out the problems in the supervision of Qingtian County's social insurance fund and analyzing the causes of the problems.Finally,this thesis puts forward constructive comments and suggestions.The research in this thesis shows that there exist many problems in the supervision of social insurance funds in Qingtian County.The problems mainly lie in the supervision of social insurance fund in all aspects.The specific manifestations are insufficient collection of social insurance and large arrears of institutional units and government-affiliated institutions;the high pressure of overall social insurance fund payment and a large amount of historical issues;the problem of fund loss and weak internal control.These problems will affect the supervision of Qingtian County Government.Through the analysis of the cause of these problems,the problems of social insurance funds supervision in Qingtian County will be solved by all means.On the one hand,the supervision responsibilities of various departments will be strengthened;the boundaries of different departments' responsibility will be implemented and handled;the linkage effect of different departments will be put to use and communication channels will be opened up.On the other hand,the awareness of supervision needs to be stressed;the foothold of functionaries should be accurate;the internal control system need to be optimized;the internal control and disclosure systems should be implemented and departmental supervision responsibilities need to be fullyendowed so that the risk points will be strictly prevented.Finally,the payment ability of social insurance funds must be improved continuously;ways to expand the income of the fund need to be explored;the income and expenditure of the social security fund should be balanced,and the vitality of the fund need to be enhanced continuously.
