Although China's suit industry started late,but has been showing a steady trend of growth,especially with the rapid development of China's apparel retail market in recent years,the growth rate of the suit industry is also increasing significantly.With the change of consumption concept and lifestyle of the new generation of consumers,the trend of suit is becoming more and more daily and casual.At present,the prospect of the suit market can be expected,feminization,customization has become a new trend.So,how to meet the new trend and meet the diversified needs of customers is becoming a hot spot of current research,and based on customer requirements,service oriented as the core of the new marketing mode,and continuously explore new operation mode,the new management method can guarantee the enterprise in the fierce competition in the market have a place in the environment,and is in stable development trend.This thesis takes "xinrui suit" as an example,conducts a comprehensive investigation and analysis on the customer characteristics and market status of its suits,and proposes to extract the characteristics of suits,in accordance with the characteristics of suits and market status to build a customer identification methods of suit products.In this way,we can provide precise marketing strategies and Suggestions for xinrui suits and similar enterprises.Firstly,literature and theoretical research was conducted,focusing on the customer identification and marketing achievements at home and abroad from the three aspects of suit market,customer identification and precision marketing.Based on the background and literature,the research focus of xinrui suit was combined.Because the purpose of the research is to study and apply the method of customer identification,it is necessary to clarify the theory of customer identification,the implementation process of customer identification and the relevant methods adopted.Secondly,analyze the customer characteristics and market status quo,make a comprehensive understanding and analysis of suit products,conduct a survey on the characteristics and market acceptance of xinrui suit products by means of questionnaire survey,and summarize the customer characteristics and market status of suit products.Thirdly,the customer identification methods is studied.Based on the principle of establishing the index of the customer identification methods,the index system of the customer identification methods of suit products is put forward.Finally,the application and the strategy of the cases,discusses the new red suit customer recognition methods analysis process and results,in accordance with the process of the execution of customer identification methods is put forward new suit products precision marketing solutions,such as market segmentation strategy based on precise marketing.customer relationship based on precise marketing strategy and marketing mix strategy based on precise marketing;And put forward the xinrui suit product precision marketing program to implement the safeguard measures.The application of the customer identification methods proposed in this thesis can not only guide the future marketing and market expansion of xinrui suits,but also provide reference and constructive Suggestions for the precision marketing and customer identification of peers.Meanwhile,it can also promote the development of suit market and optimize the marketing business model of enterprises.Therefore,the study on customer identification of suit products can save a lot of marketing costs for enterprises,and improve the operating income of enterprises.
